β β β β β I really enjoyed the very authentic Japanese vibe of the restaurant, that is akin to an Izakaya. The food selection was really extensive and reasonably priced. The set menu which I had with my friends came at a nett price of S$100 and included 150 minutes of free flow drinks (from a selected drinks list). It is highly recommended to check out the set menu. Also, do remember to call in advance to book a table as it can get really crowded. All in all, an enjoyable dining experience and I would definitely revisit!

β β β β β One of the best Japanese restaurant in town. Wide selection of good old Japanese Sake. Wide variety of food choices. Makes you feel as if you are back in Japan. Crew was friendly and helpful. Great dining options with friends and family.

β β β β β Itβs been on my list for a while now and I finally went there tonight! Wish I had come earlier! Good quality sushi/sashimi and great taste, really impressed with all the grills too. A true gem by the quayside.

β β β β β It has been a long time since I have eaten at Himonoya. As far as I remember, this place was so atas, but the price was ok with enough food and alcoholic drinks. Ard S$56.00 for one person.

β β β β β It's fairly pricey for the dishes they have. But overall food quality was good. The Sashimi is recommended. The wait staff were all very pleasant. Overall a good experience.

β β β β β Good quality sashimi and tasty seafood. The signature Himono Hokke BBQ fish was yummy. The grilled Himono Squid was a personal favourite. Not rubbery with the right amount of chewiness. The bill came up to about $60 per person.
