P	PF Chong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Dr Arthur since his last clinic and have followed him still. He is not only detailed and competent but also caring and empathetic. He is also great with the elderly as i have brought my mum to him too and he look after her well.
T	T H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Arthur Ng took over the clinic a few months ago. I appreciate that he is meticulous and willing to explain to patients the issues at play, e.g. telling me how the medication work. He is also very responsive and patient with answering questions, unlike some doctors I've met who are dismissive and impatient. He works well with children as well, respects them by asking them if they have questions and reassuring them. The wait is typically not too long; it has become my go-to clinic for many reasons. That said, you may want to call ahead if you need something more specialised, e.g. I needed a tetanus shot but the clinic did not stock it. Overall, glad to have Dr Ng in the neighbourhood!

N	Nana Sim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr arthur is the kindest and most polite doctor I ever come across. He really takes time to listen to your ailment and explains in layman terms abt the condition. When we done with our meds collection he will even walk out to say bye and take care. What is most touching was that once he called a patient and he walked out to hold the elderly patient into his room. I have nvr seen such attributes from any GP before. Quick share! Dr arthur took over the clinic recently :) so actually the reviews from years ago should be disregarded as the previous doctor/team no longer works there.

Examined me thoroughly as well. I am glad that he is a good doctor to rely on. His clinic receptionist is also a very helpful and cheeful lady. Thank you Dr Ng and staff.

Been following him for years now for his professionalism, knowledge, and patience - even though I have to drive 15 mins one-way now to seek his consultation Most GPs would only ask superficial questions to prescribe meds. Dr Arthur takes time to understand why/ how you are ill, prescribes only the necessary meds and never fails to give the assurance you need as a patient ☺️ The hood is so lucky to have him here!

My dad went to the clinic because he had symptoms related to Covid and he tested himself positive on the art kit. But the doctor never did any further tests, never inform MOH. Just sent him home with meds and charge him full price. My dad is elderly and has underlying condition. How can the doctor be so irresponsible? Looks like we will have to continue to boycott the clinic. Changed doctor but attitude still the same lousy kind.

He takes time to listen to our symptoms and gives good advice on treatment options. Also friendly towards kids n make them feel at ease. Glad to have him in the neighbourhood. He will definitely be our family doctor from now on.
