β β β β β Reception lady is oftenly misunderstood. Have visited this clinic multiple time and get to know the lady and doctors here. Reception lady is friendly, people are just not used to her tone, plus she has a natural 'angry' look, that's all. Doctors here are professional and treated patients well. For some who complain about doctors being late also not understand that sometimes, they have to attend to patients at home as well as hospital duties. Thus, it is quite normal for doctors at various clinics to come in 30mins after opening hours.

β β β β β It was stated that the last registration is 15 mins before the closing time(1.00pm). I reach before 12pm and was told to come back later at 5pm cause the registration was closed???? Furthermore, the receptionist was rude and just dismissed me by showing me her palm to tell me to come back at 5pm.

β β β β β Rude counter staff. Had no choice but to go there for art as its nearby. Won't be my clinic of choice if I can help it. The lady doctor however was fine.

β β β β β Reception lady is awesome! She saved my life. I was super sick vomiting and all she looked after me until it was my turn to see the doc. And after that she made sure I was comfortable and got my relatives to come get me
