★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I planned to give 1 star but end up giving a 2 star because the doctor is good. The counter service on the other hand was downright awful.
I brought my younger brother to the clinic, he was vomiting non stop so I asked them for the key for the toilet, but the woman at the counter shouted at me and refused to give me the keys end up my younger brother had to vomit outside with other people giving a disgusted look. The humiliation will definitely be unforgettable.
I wouldn't recommend this clinic because of the downright awful counter service. I would rather people go the other nearby clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad experience with Dr Lim Kaiyang at this clinic. My nephew went to do swab test but came out with bleeding nose, stained his mask and blood on nostrils. Can't image what degree of pain he went through during the process. The doctor admitted upfront that there may be times they didn't do properly. What kind of explanation is this. This is the worst swab test handling i have ever heard. Think twice before you go to this clinic to do swab test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family regularly visits this clinic, and we always leave feeling better. Kudos to the great clinic assistants Annie and Fiona, who were professional and patiently answered all my queries. Doctors are courteous and efficient.
Good for kids and elderly too! Highly recommend.
Note: clinic is now able to perform swabs even after office hours and during weekends - truly a relief for nearby residents!!
