Request for bigger since ordering a lot. Waiter/staff didn't allow and said the table is reserve for bigger group. After the food came, they try put to everything on the table until no place to put hand and eat properly. Since full already, they just stand there with the food next to you. And expect you to make some space magically without helping you to arrange. At the end, fed up with the service provided and requested for takeaway. Even takeaway, they didn't provide any soy sauce or wasabi or mayonnaise. Sigh. 10% service charge for nothing. Not recommended.

Might be a little biased since Japanese food is my favorite. But what can I say? My first time at this place. Food was superb and everything we had came faster than expected. Queue system was efficient, too.

Staff are polite and will refill your tea for you. Food is actually better than I expected. I came at 2.30 pm for the off peak menu - $6.9 for curry don and tea. Probably positioned as a family restaurant - no date vibes, but quite a homely feel.

Today was Sushi day so this was the place of choice since the first time I came they left an awesome impression. Was greeted by a wonderful Filipino Manager / Host. Smiley, polite and accommodating. Got us seated on our preferred seats and proceed to advice us on their new way of placing order. It is now digital. A tad disappointed as somehow the menu shrunk, I think. It was smooth though. As we were waiting for them to serve us, wondering eyes started to notice things. The belt which I'm sure used to be in operation is dusty, and I mean dusty. Being the counter was messy and somehow the other servers weren't as polite or gracious. Don't get me wrong, they definitely was not rude but just not "warm". Hhmmm Food was somewhat average, wasn't like it was the first time I had it. Not bad just somehow lacking the ummpphh. Even my favorite which is the salmon skin was somewhat not up to my expectationa. All in all it really was just an ok experience, nothing to rave about. Definitely not a go-to sushi place if the craving strikes. Staff : 3.5 / 5 Food : 3 / 5 Ambience 3 / 5

- Food Service as seems it's not clean nicely so presentation looks abit bad - Food Service the aunties keep talking n talking can hear their gossiping. Japanese restaurants are always busy and seem not trained enough. - I am impressed with the China lady who guide people in n soft touch service which I feel that's the correct way that most people should look up. - Food Servings is just right n portion is just right. - The restaurant service need to touch up , looks like the training not done, food outlook not done, - We still need to ask where is our hot tea cause food comes first, why not drinks first ? - Hope next visit the service will be better. Thanks
