Best Bubble tea store in Singapore

K	Kai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grape boba is nice but overpowers the drink. Ordered earl grey milk tea with grape boba ($4.50, no sugar & less ice). The grape taste overpowered the earl grey. I think it might be a better combination with something less fragrant and more plain.

However, none of them had pearls as they didn’t make chrysanthemum pearls that day and they just gave me milk tea without pearls without informing me about it (they said foodpanda didn’t allow them to communicate with customers). Playmade had excellent & outstanding service recovery when I called them, and prepared pink cactus and burnt caramel pearls for me, as I informed them that my friends and I were really looking forward to enjoying the pearls that we ordered. Thank you for this wonderful experience and enabling all of us to enjoy your delicious pearls! The staff and manager here are very polite and helpful, and resolved my issue. I will definitely patronise again.
Y	Y R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't drink bubble tea often, and had not tried this brand before, but as we had two free vouchers, we came to this outlet to redeem two bubble teas. The staff was friendly and helpful in recommendations, and their bubble tea had special fruit flavored pearls that tastes good! The pearls are well cooked and they have a consistent chewy texture which is also not slimy nor sticky to the teeth. Would certainly buy again from this shop if I ever had bubble tea cravings.

Great articulation and customer awareness. Great English too. amazing attitude. This kind of staff, once in a blue moon!

Apparently on of their TV was not working and when I ordered a Earl grey latte, she has to explained that they also have milk tea series etc. Then I was like what's going on. Apparently some customers got upset that the cheaper drinks were not on the screen but actually were available. Anyway, playmate is famous for the pearls and I suggest getting low to no sugar to taste the pearls. They are really good or at least interesting. And don't try to avoid drinking the pearls at the beginning because you want to save them for the last. They put plenty of pearls inside Edit: new fav - Osmanthus oolong latte with pink cactus pearl!

I love the pearls from PlayMade and I ranked the flavour and texture of the pearls the best among all bubble tea outlets. However, it seemed that the consistency of the pearl varied greatly between different outlets. Sufficient variety of drinks to satisfy customers. And great variety of pearls to choose from. Prices were on the high side compared to other brands.
