β β β β β iTEA charges extra for black pearls now, but amount of pearls for M and L size differ. Shouldn't L size have more pearls? I'm referencing this to other BBT stores. Taste of the drink for L size also differ from M size, more bland and a lot of ice even though I've asked for less ice. Think the staff are not properly trained. Will not purchase L size anymore in future, not worth the top up amount -- or actually might be better to top up a little more and purchase from other BBT stores for better quality drinks & more pearls. ?

β β β β β I always order from this branch but todayβs service was bad. There was only 1 customer ordering and when it was my turn, they did not take my order. I stood there for about 3mins before someone else joined the queue and then she took my order. However, when I ordered the peach green tea, she said there was no more peach. Conclusion : Please take our order before doing other things as to not waste our time if items are not available.

β β β β β iTEA's pearls are soft, slightly sweet and chewy. I like their taro milk tea, they use real yam unlike many other bbt shops. Their tea isnt as fragrant as other established brands like KOI

β β β β β I ordered 2 q ball grass jelly and a honey green tea with ai-yu jelly. The grass jelly was warm and tasteless, the yam ball was too hard and undercooked. The ai-yu drink was sour and there was even dirt in the drink. A very bad experience
