Customer services at its absolute best.
Don’t get me started on the drink. It taste absolutely horrible.
Not coming back again.
Judging from the 1 star rating this shop is having I think this shop should fold up very soon! Surprised that it’s still not closed down really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Pearl Milk Team plus MilK Foam, the milk foam taste nice. Likewise, milk tea still taste consistent, ????. Thanks to the cashier lady recommended Milk Foam, never regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Service with one of the male staff lately...The staff keep saying no more milk tea and i had to choose another and he seem to order me pay by card never giving me a choice..Also the way he talks is quite rude like never say thank you and seem unfriendly black face and never even give me straw or tell me where to take the straw... unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much of a queue when i was there on 22 December 1pm. Ordered brown sugar milk tea with white pearl. It was really good. Really missed it the few months it wasn't here. Am really glad it is back. It comes in 2 sizes now. Will get my favourite milk foam next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy drinks at this outlet on 13th June, saw this 2 ladies at counter keep chit chatting to 1 another, instead of paying attention to customer ordering. 1 Long hair and 1 shoulder hair length ladies. Are they here to work or here to chat? Please train ur staff...No customer service attitude at all.

Well well not sure whether am i lucky or what...Anyway the customer service from the cashier and the collection counter both young ladies are okay. Polite and especially cashier counter staff was helpful too. Drinks taste are average. Order 1 new Tie Guan Yin + 1 Black Tea.
