★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited NorthPoint City Tiger Sugar last Saturday 4+pm, my girls Q 5ms for 2 cups Signature Pearl drink served by a friendly and sweet Cashier, so she deserved tipping. But waited 10-15ms for drinks, served by teen girl, she was super rude. ? She rolled her eyes and sneered at my girls whenever they asked her for extra straw. It seems Tiger Sugar can't even AFFORD to give extra straw until I asked her it. The pearl drinks don't have much brown sugar taste and tea is terrible. It tastes like Black Tea + milk + artificial sugar sweetener. The pearl is hard. Not sure what is the big deal about this brand. Also too pricey. Never buy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady server as per our receipt shown is Cyndy. She should speak tactfully to customers when we asked if the drink we chose can have lower sugar level. Instead she said 不可以，不可以。这是黄金比例！Will not patronise this shop again as neither the drink or service etiquette is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their warm brown sugar milk with pearl. Tasted much more milk than brown sugar, brown sugar taste could have been stronger. But overall still quite nice. Previously, at another outlet of theirs, I requested for no ice, they said cannot and full stop. This outlet told me either with ice or warm. Warm is all along my preference, thank god this outlet is more informative. Would prefer warm drink in paper cup instead of plastic cup though.

I thought maybe he put it when I wasn't looking, but when I came home it definitely doesn't have it and the label also doesn't state "add mousse" whereas the classic drinks state it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently opened outlet in Northpoint city so expect a queue if you are going at peak hours. Luckily, I only had to wait about 10minutes to get my Brown Sugar Boba Milk.
Honestly not that big a fan of it, but my friend seems to like it just fine. First few sips were great but it quickly became overly sweet for me afterwards. They dont have sugar levels for their drinks, so you'll probably bear with whatever you get, or maybe try not to scrap too much of the brown sugar into the drink itself.
I barely finished half the cup. Maybe the brown sugar variety just isn't it for me.
