★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at B1, tried the Cassia Black Tea with mousse. The tea tasted rich but not overwhelming. However i felt that the mousse doesn't fit with the tea, would try with fresh milk in the future.
One bad point is that the shop is collected in an alley like area so the waiting area is very small and the waiting time tend to be on the longer side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally, chicha has just opened in northpoint. It is just a small outlet that allows people to buy and satisfy their bbt cravings. Ordered my usual dong ding oolong with mousse, didn't disappoint. So glad that they finally opened a unit here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried Chi Cha San Chen twice. I ordered the cold Ding Dong Oolong with Fresh Milk via Grab Delivery and bought Osmanthus Oolong Tea with Fresh Milk at the Northpoint. Both times, I did not find the tea nice. My friend ordered the Osmanthus Honey Tea without milk or cream and it tasted refreshing and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs at northpoint are so lazy, not focus on their work and chatting away while making the drinks. I waited for 20 mins for this fruit tea. It does not have any tea taste at all which was such a disappointment.
Please wake up your idea. I will never buy from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drink is good, but a very rude and no manners staff manning the counter. Was asked to wait at the order counter, and along with several other customer behind me, as the cashier wants to continue his conversation with his colleague on how to fold sleeves. At pick up, the drink is ready but yet he turned and asked me to wait again as his conversation with his colleague is not yet done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the bbt from Chicha personally, however the drinks are getting sweeter even tho I ordered 0percent sweetness, (especially for passion fruit tea drinks).
Hope the team can exercise quality control when preparing the drink.

Especially the signature bbt (guó wáng nâi chá).
First try the pineapple and cookies crumbles, but suitable for those has a sweet tooth (definitely not me) ???
