Shoutout to Jane who was professional throughout and gave me good advices on the balloons that I need for my proposal. I reached out to many shops and almost all of them turned me down,except for this shop where they actually have me alternative solutions which still achieved my objective.
This will be my go-to balloons shop going forward!

The printing on the balloons were sharp and clear and the price was reasonable. Overall good value and a great partner for events and parties!

I tried searching for local companies in Singapore to deliver hamper for my relatives and I'm glad I found Joy Avenue! They immediately reached me on Whatsapp when they found out some of the items in the hamper were out of stock. They are very personal to me and are willing to answer all my questions patiently. They even updated me personally when the order is delivered. The gift looked exactly like what was advertised. I will definitely recommend Joy Avenue to my friends and will purchase from them again :)
