During the checkout, the cashier was fast and efficient too. I will definitely recommend this outlet!

I was looking for a bra , I saw one bra in the website and I asked her if still have it, She answered me very unfriendly in Chinese, saying that this design has been for a long time and I feel very uncomfortable that she talking attitude is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 2 january 2022, I visited their ION Orchard outlet and took some time to look for lingerie during their 3 day sales. I had trouble being fast enough as I was with my infant in the changing room. Unfortunately, I was told by the staff to take my infant and leave the room. I tried explaining why I needed some time but it seems she didn't have any empathy. Truly disappointing quality of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If can put without star I will give them..I love the brand. But disappointed on this outlet of staff's service . Can't imagine orchard area the staff standards are bad. Maybe they just serve the person who wears branded. Tourist area should arrange better staff to maintain n keep the reputation.
