β β β β β The counter staffs are rude, not compassionate towards elderly at all..They put many people on the same time slot, therefore the waiting time is ridiculously long despite appointment were made.. The only thing that is good is the dentist, friendly and knowledgeable, patiently answer your questions.. 5 stars for him! Been there twice and i doubt im going back again..

β β β β β Poor service. Often have to wait for close to an hour even after making appointments. Feel like they overbook as there are always many others waiting here. Feel like the staff donβt respect peoples time.
Have been visiting as the clinic has been our βfamilyβ doctor. But I cannot recommend anyone come here for the dental. 0/5

β β β β β Good dentist but 0 star clinic. Even with appointments, just note that you'll end up waiting minimum 1hr30mins till it's your turn. What's the purpose of overbooking your patients?

β β β β β Appalling service. Brought my grandma to make an appointment on 2 June at 3.30 pm. Staff was impatient in her answers and took an unpleasant tone with her. Please have more compassion and patience when dealing with the elderly.

β β β β β Doctor Lee is one of the good dentist I ever met.. Even now I moved to West I still insisted to travel to Bedok look for him. Those who given 1 star to him probably is due to waiting time.. (understood because waiting time usually is about 60 to 90 mins) But overall he is really a very experience doctor..

β β β β β There used to be a long waiting time, but today I only had to wait about 15 minutes, which is a big improvement. I hope the staff keeps it up!
The dentist, who is my family dentist, was very kind, skilled and knowledgeable as usual. 5 stars for him!

β β β β β Highly recommend Dr Lee for his professional skills to fix my issues, hopefully the filling is good enough and I donβt have to progress to crowning. The bite feeling is good. I know that my case was not easy and he could fix it so well. I didnβt experience discomfort during the treatment. I would highly recommend anyone who has dental issues to visit him. The skills matters.
