Dr Karen Lee is a very dedicated doctor who attends to the needs of her patients. She knows her patients well, goes in detail to explain the symptoms of what her patients are experiencing, and is very experienced in treating her patients.

prescribe unnecessary meds. went there for cough, give me asthma inhaler for what?? also needed mc and when paying realise not enough cash so i told counter i need to go 711 to withdraw. she shouted my name as she thought i walked away with the MC without paying..... wah piang very rude, counter need to chill man. go for cough only bill become $40 plus....

1 queue. It takes 30-40 minutes to see a doctor. The doctor explains well but takes a long time to explain the same things.

Honestly, it's not the first time visiting this clinic. Although many claim that the doctors are good, but it's really very subjective. I would strongly advise others NOT to come to this clinic are: 1. Consultation fees and medicine costs aren't any cheaper compared with similar clinics around the area that provides NETS and credit card payment. Technically fees should be more expensive when having to offer other modes of electronic payment services. Medicine given are as generic as other clinics. 2. The waiting time is ridiculously absurd. You would be expecting to wait for easily two hours or more even when there's like less than 10 patients. Not to mention that the doctor didn't set a scheduled consultation time for each consultation, that unexpectedly result in a much longer waiting time. Reason is because, there's no priority for setting alternative appointments for walk-in check ups, that takes up a fair bit of time and catering to those who needs to report sick by before the end of the day. It wouldn't make any sense to report in sick at 5pm, would it? This resulted in many cases of unnecessarily wasting of time, without prioritizing that most who turns up at the clinic at 8-9am are those who needs to report in sick before the end of the day. Or else, they will be forced to take a day or half a day leave despite being genuinely sick and because the doctor couldn't certified the patient being sick in time.

Upon arrival at the clinic with abt 4 patients inside and just 1 persons ahead of me collecting medication I was only being acknowledged after 15mins. And given my name, they came back half hour later to inform they couldn't find my record and ask if my name is correct?! Wow... I had dementia and can't rmbr my name!!!!! Then after giving them my ic they retrieved my card and I asked so is my name correct? Thereafter waited another half hour another questions to ask what meds I want. And I only have 1 meds in my record and how long I want it.. another wait..... in all I waited 75mins just to get 10days worth for only 1 type of meds.... all the other patients have left!!!! All that said when I first went there for a check for my condition and told the doctor I had graves disease.... she insisted is hashimoto and I told her can't be. I know my condition. She said I was wrong. Blood test results came out and confirm its graves disease... I guess I rest my case.

Jess (receptionist) was really helpful and understanding. Called in to make an appointment on behalf of my mum and Jess took the time to find out what happened and provided alternative solution to reduce waiting time for consultation. Thank you Jess ??

Waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes to see doctor whereby there are only 5 patients before me when i came. Get my queue number of 15,when the number at the door was 14,the staff by the name of jas asked where is my kid who need to see doctor. Told her my kid is coming as my parents brought him for walk while waiting for the long hours to see doctor. The staff then threaten me and said if my kid dun turn up, then she will call for next patient whereby the she only waited <5 min for my kid to come back. After checkup by doctor, the same staff wanted to update my kid status in her system as PR. Show her the REP and told her that ica does not provide any physical card. She said that is not a proof for PR and asked me back 'then how'. After sometimes then she said she manage to update my kid info with the REP FIN i provided early on. Informed staff Jas that her attitude is very bad, she shouted and fight back and said that she does not feel that she is wrong at all. Very bad experience with the staff and would not recommed anyone to come to this clinic.
