Doctor was really patient and polite when addressing concerns. Short waiting time as compared to other clinics in the same plaza, will definitely visit again.

My son had blisters and rashes on his limbs, coincidentally after taking BCG vaccine. The GP said it was a side effect from BCG, and did not check his mouth for HFMD - even after specifically asking if it is HFMD. Confirmed diagnosis after visiting a specialist. Only accepts cash, and has no change in the morning - if you want to accept only cash please at least make sure you have change.

Counter staff especially this one overweight lady loves to gesture rudely. Highly unprofessional behaviour for a counter staff tending to patients seeking medical help. Anyways most clinics in Rivervale Plaza are really useless

The Doctors are good. But the receptionist needs to learn some customer service!! Was there this morning at 9.30am with my Son and the way she dispensed the medicine was terrible. Don't expect "thank you" or "have a good day" from this receptionist what more speaking to patients politely. The Doctors should really look into this matter. The doctor's services are alright but tarnished by these kind of receptionist

it was first visit to clinic. doctor was very polite and nice. but one receptionist at counter was very rude. her manners were very insulting. for example she was looking and signallimg with her finger to call me. i should be atlease 10 years older than her, but she does not care it seems. when i asked about donu accept nets she said very rudely its written cash only, i got offended and said, yes i can read , but just asking, she could had said "no sir, we accept cash only". i was feeling offended. i wanted to complain, but controlled my anger. doctor should look into it. patient is already worried because he is not well, and such behavior make it worse.

Have been seeing her for the past 8 years since moving to Sengkang. Wonderful caring doctor. She’s really a lovely lady who genuinely cares abt her patients.

Counter staff was very rude. When I called in to check something, she try to brushed me off only till I probe further then she put the phone aside and went to check with the doctor. After checking with doc, she pick up the phone and immediately said "doctor will call you back later BYE". I was so shocked for such arrogant behavior. I asked for her name, she told me her name is Ace (even spell out for me). When I told her that she is very rude and I want to talk to her in-charge, she passed to the to another lady by the name of Veron w/o even asking me to hold on. 10mins later doc Foo called me back and after clearing my doubts, I feedback to her the counter lady who picked up the phone was very rude and gave her the names. Doc Foo told me her clinic doesn't have anyone by the name of Ace or Veron. So? Both ladies gave me fake names? No doubt doc Foo is very nice and patience. She even called me back again when my uncle was at the clinic to assured me that the amendment was done on my uncle's licence renewal form. But the counter ladies shouldn't behave this way and gave me fake names.

Went in for covid and other ailments for myself and my family. Doctor failed to do the basic vital checks ie blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation. Did not do a proper physical examination nor was she patient enough for us to state our existing medical conditions and concerns. Asked certain questions that baffled us. Did not discuss medications that were going to be dispatched to us. Was entirely focused on doing an ART and seeing the next patient. Entire visit made me question her medical competence. Would never recommend this clinic.
