The Tiong Bahru Central Plaza outlet has changed my view of LJS. The quality of the food here is consistently good and the service staff here are always great when I visit.

I must say this branch is really short handed, only a cashier, an Indian young lady. However I must compliment her for her patience and cheerful attitude even though she's handing a queue of customers. She is also polite and tactful, lots of thank you and pleasant voice. The company should recognise this kind of staff.

Was not greeted instead asked for my vaccination. No eye contact and spoke like a robot. When asked what drink is available pointed bluntly at the menu on counter without a word. Truly bad experience for counter service. Zero customer service. Need to give credit to kitchen staff though as food is warm and good. Will not visit here to dine in again. Will also not recommend this outlet to family or friends who wants to dine in.

Food was great but disappointed by very bad service. The cashier was new I could tell, however one simple order and she took years to log it in. She kept holding her hand up and gave a black face as a sign to ask me to hold on. She’s very rude and also got my order wrong even though she took ages to get the order. Her colleague though was helpful and friendly. The standard of the staff varies a lot. I like the food but the service from some of the staff sucks.

Lousy service, waited for a long time to order not because of long queue, in fact I am the first in the queue, the staff is busy doing her stuffs instead of attending to the customer. The dory fish is damn salty and the crust is so hard until the plastic fork and knife could bend and I can hardly cut it. In the end got to use hand and pick it up to eat. Not recommended.

Ordered 1 dory fish set and 1 grilled salmon set.. Looking around for the sets to be ordered as this is our first time visiting this shop. However, the Indian staff showed his impatient and poker face. He was reluctant to answer our question, hoping that he can faster record the order despite there was no people behind us!! Besides bad services, the food served was also a disaster. Totally different with the picture advertised!! Dory fish seems soaked in salt water for long and had a horrible taste. For grilled salmon, the salmon was overcooked and the rice is too soft.. Neither taste like rice nor porridge!! For $20 meal, don’t expect such standard and service!! Will be the first and last time visiting this shop!!

It's not the first time making delivery orders. Long john silver @ tiong bahru plaza has never failed to surprise me! Ordered some breakfast with coffee and what happened is, the coffee ALWAYS spilled when it reaches me! Please use your brain by covering properly or with parchment paper. (For deliveries). Long john silver dun provides parchment paper??? Or u all just simply lazy? Ignore?. This is not the first time happening and I did feedback, but it seems like I'm just wasting my time doing it, NOTHING CHANGE!!! We make orders, we spend time choosing what we want and end up, the coffee u gave is really terrible!!! Dear management of Long John silver, can u please do something???? Educate your staff at tiong bahru plaza.

Went there on the 31 December 2021. Was poorly served to when ordering. Cashier was looking down and doing his own stuff while talking, seemed very unwilling to serve us. I did the survey at the end of my receipt to claim a clam chowder for my friend who was ordering after me. However, after completing the survey, I did not get any code or anything and the cashier told me to redo it. The survey was quite long and takes about 5mins to do. After reasoning with the cashier that it is not my problem that there is something wrong with the system and that I had alr spent time doing it, he finally gave me the clam chowder and took my receipt. The 2piece chicken meal was ok as usual, the non spicy one was juicier and the spicy one was quite dry but overall it's normal. My friend ordered the cajun chicken set and the rice was harder than usual and yes please don't eat the veggies with it, it's like eating styrofoam in sauce. Ruined my mood for the day...
