All Dried and Dehydrated. Food suited for the bin!! Have some respect for the way you prepare and deliver your food customers.

β β β β β Usually dine here as itβs nearby for me and the staff are very friendly. Had lunch here today, Cashier Farisha took down my orders promptly and ensured if I had any special requests for my meal. Kitchen staff nages and the manager, navin were efficient n served timely even though it was crowded.

β β β β β I was at Tiong Bahru outlet on 13 Feb and I placed order for 2 rice box sets - Tofu ans Pandan Box. I only received order for my tofu box and after 15 mins of waiting, I enquired with the counter and kitchen staff . The kitchen staff informed me that the pandan box is no longer available. I was not offered another item or refund. When I asked how to request for the amount to be refunded, he informed me that I had to contact 4fingers Finance to request for the $6.95 refund and the process takes about 1 week. In addition, I came here to dine in is partly because of GooglePay's Huat Pals promotion. I used the QR code to make an order and paid using the card which is registered under my Google pay account but did not get any Huat pals as mentioned. Is definitely a scam. No wonder there are no customers on a Sunday, with poor service and poor quality food!

β β β β β I ordered the 6piece wings and received only 5piece. This was the 2nd time the same thing happened. Should have just checked everything before leaving the store and can just complain outright there. Due to the staff always negligence or 4fingers should just adjust the menu to 5piece wings. Very disappointed at your kitchen staff, nothing much to do, always talking and laughing loudly, even customers in the dining hall can hear, then have to get such a small order wrong.

β β β β β Tried the new menu... They hv fish now. And also the Choc sandwich ...which is so nice. The kimslaw looks innocent but spicy! Love the kimchi fries too.

β β β β β Four fingersβ¦really four drumsticks small like fingers, hence i cannot complain much. The chicken is dry inside and the fries soggy. No wonder mom says fast food no good.
