★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this subway outlet twice to be greeted by your friendly staff named Jaslene, she was very friendly and helpful, she try her best to give what is best to recommend as i was on a diet and it was a nice and satisfying sandwich as well??
Also there is another staff named Joss that was helpful and give what i requested in a polite manner and he also help me put my drink in the plastic carrier when i am having difficulty putting it in there??
Overall great service from this outlet and staff?

Was given good friendly service by your staff named Ain at the cashier counter and she help me to packed my drinks nicely with a friendly manner without any spills?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this outlet definitely lacks the energy n vibe it once had afew years back when Pooh was the manager n that entire team. a shame from an outlet in sucha prime location. i was here on 24 april 9.31pm i was immediately greeted with "sir we have no more bread" implying you're closed but i told them i wanted a wrap n was served rather unwillingly i might say,,2nd chances rite? returned on 25 april 9.45pm n was greeted with "we're closed at the door' once again prompting me to write in here. i manage FnB businesses as well n this is an ongoing problem everywhere..what's the point in writing your closing at 10pm when internally your staff are "preclosing" 30mins-1hour before..you have no idea how bad this looks on your business.

Very helpful and friendly ! Chinese man at the cashier very polite ,Malay ladies very friendly too ! Except the Chinese ladies with the short hair , shoulder length ,omg ! Her attitude must improve , her tune when she talk to the customer is not happy with that ! Even when she talk to me ! Can tell from her face she is not happy !and she always keep talking to the colleagues non stop , I think the ladies have to pay more attentions to work instead of chit chat with customer , 3 grab driver been waiting the foods there ! They still very slow motion and keep chit chatting , as a customer is not nice when I see these at all , hey come on, try to be polite to anyone !
