★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the young man station at the shoes section no customer service at all. i was walking back and forth browsing and even trying the shoes. he just stand at a far distance looking and did not bother to come forward to provide assistance eg. can actually ask customer what size she want rite? the company should look into this..your young staff is simply lazy and cannot be bothered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big and neat store with many range of clothes to choose, this is my wife and daughter fav shop to buy clothes, they can shop there for hours. The store assistants gave them their personal space and time to slowly choose and decide on their selections instead of following around closely like security guards. I noticed all the staffs including the guys are very responsive and helpful when we call out to any one of them for assistance. The most outstanding staff with the good service is Evon. Great team work, keep it up!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many choices of clothes from $19 to $49 for a big floor area, as always love their clothes. However is short of manpower.
Only 1 payment counter is open, and 2 staff manning the counter have to collect payment and answer queries. If questions will be taking awhile to find the answer, staff can pull aside the customer instead of holding the Queue behind. During CNY, the crowd will be much longer. Items on sales for 2 for $29 and 2 for $49. However no proper labels or categories to separate this 2 types. When asked 1 of the staff, was told they no longer label the categories of the shelf. Was told to go thru the price tags for this range. Using lunch time to buy and hoping able to finish on time, however the display of the ranges can be much improved. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big big store in Isetan. Lots to see and good for clothes too. They do change their collection often enough, so I’ll pop in now and then. Fun times! Clothes are reasonable btw. Some deals to be had when they have a sale.

Was trying the jacket however a Aunty staff is arranging other clothes behind our back and hinting that we shouldn't try it on for too long because the smell will get on the coat. And we just tried within 5 mins. What if we try the jacket in the fitting room for an hour? Funny staff ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large selection of clothes with acceptable prices. However, the fabric of blouses need to improve. Most of them are material that can see sweat stains (e.g. linen/cotton). In Singapore hot climate, need to consider coming out with more smooth/dry fit material and darker clothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not all the clothing are suitable for Singapore weather. Some clothes are not breathable. If you are a long time customer, you will know which type of material to look out for. Seriously, please look into selling more clothes with comfortable material. I have bought my fair share of comfy clothes in IORA and hope to see more of it.
