โ โ โ โ โ On the website, you stated that your Orchard Singapore branch closes at 9.30pm.
However, we arrived at 9.10pm today and the door is already closed. We thought we got to the wrong door and tried to go around, thus the evidence was took at 9.23pm. We wasted our trip here. And this behavior is unacceptable from a customer perspective.
Please ask them to open and close at proper time.
You lost a customer.

โ โ โ โ โ Very low quality for the price paid. So what the design is and the service is good, if the leather quality is so poor?! This is my second piece from them, both equally bad! Bag surface started peeling and become sticky after barely 4-5 yrs despite occasional use n frequently maintained. I will never ever buy Tory Burch again.
