โ โ โ โ โ Today I was served by Vin and very satisfied with the quality of his service . He gently color and cut my hair . He also did the treatment for my hair which is super smooth. He also very helpful in advise me how to take care of my hair . I'm really pleased with my new fresh hair look now. I really love the way he cut my hair and the cutting style he design which make my hair look very fresh and fashionable. Thank you Vin once again . Highly recommended Vin if you come to teamsalon Jem . Kindly look for him. You won't be disappointed. I definitely will come back with Vin again for all of my hair thingy in future. Thanks again for saving my hair now .

โ โ โ โ โ Called in to ask if there's a slot & was told to come at a certain time. When I arrived the salon was full. Luckily there was 1 seat at a corner which was used to place other things initially. Staff seated me & walked away. Awhile later another staff came & asked what service do I need. Told him about it & was told they are shorthanded & I had to wait. Sat there & waited for another 30mins or so but noone bothered so I left e salon. If salon is at peak capacity and shorthanded please do not accept appointments anymore or at least manage customer expectations prior to say that there will be longer waiting time.

1. Used dyson hairdryers that blew my hair dry in no time!
2. Reclining seats for washing hair
3. Had a variety of drinks to choose from
4. Offered toilet breaks in between
All of which i thought was rather considerate of them!
I did rebonding and cutting of hair by Kiyo and a female stylist, professionally done with good result. All in all an A star service. Price is a tad pricerier than others, but i consider it a professionally well done job. Thank you!

โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointed with the hair cut I got. I asked for a layered look for my hair and asked the stylist to frame my face but the final turn out was very uneven and extremely unflattering. Besides that, the staff and the ambience was really nice at the salon.
Not only that I felt that my hair stylist had rushed my haircut as half way through shampooing my hair I overheard the stylist saying she has to go cut someone else's hair to meet her quota for the day. The assistant spent more time blowing my hair than the stylist taking time to make sure my hair was good.
Unfortunately my hair is way too short to be fixed so I did not request for her to fix it as my heart was so broken by the end of the appointment I literally felt like crying.
Least to say i will never be back here again.

โ โ โ โ โ Team Salon JEM is conveniently located just minutes away from Jurong East MRT Station and is a salon filled with lush healthy plants and warm lighting. Always feel comfortable each visit thanks to the warm and friendly staff.
Also a big shoutout to Beyonce! I've been a loyal follower since 2017! They have a great eye for trend-setting hair colour and hair cuts and have never failed to make me look fresh after each visit. โกโกโก

โ โ โ โ โ Service by Sally was good. Straightforward hair wash and cut. Appreciated that there was no hardselling. Minus a star because other salon staff weren't friendly and cut was a bit on the high side at $69.
