★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered one time when visiting here. It was a quick service. Was just waited outside due to restriction. It wasn't much queue on the one weekday evening last time.
The kiosk ordering was just outside the shop to make an order. Was ordered for take away, didn't really see inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come to this outlet frequently and this is what I can gather:
1) Received the wrong order/missing order multiple times when purchasing takeaways.
2) Long queues and waiting time, takeaway food idling on the table, growing cold for reasons unknown.
3) Denied from ordering on multiple occasions due to 'high influx of orders'. Why is this even a thing, especially coming from a 'fast food' restaurant.
I hope the management takes this chance to improve this outlet with the feedback given because it truly is disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fillet o fish there's was black dirty crust on it and went to compare with the other burger which there isn't. It means that the burger might have drop during the process and the Bangkok square McDonald's staff which is female staff giving attitude to my boyfriend and doesn't want to change the burger after the comparison and both of the fries are damn cold when I have ordered no salt fries. So disappointed and dissatisfied in this place. Worst food and worst staff attitude and this is fast food it became slow food. Won't come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad idea to dine in here unless you wish to share your happy meal with the happy birds who so freely walk / fly in to join you at your table. very unhygienic to be honest. the mall and mcdonald’s have to do something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ McBaffled. I've eaten McDonald's for two decades all over Singapore and the world and this Buangkok branch has the slowest service of all time. Still waiting over 45 minutes just for two-piece chicken. Order completely disappeared off the board and no one seems to care. Even branches with seniors serve faster and better. Gone are the glory days of "fast" food
