★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several times used their services, all are well done jobs. Resoling and applying anti-slips were done professionally and most importantly in a timely manner on my Gucci pairs. Although were on a bit pricey side it's all worth it. From strap replacements to punching extra holes on shoe straps etc, all services at one stop, friendly good staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened to walk past and ask for a rough estimate time needed to just stick on antislip pads, something I've gotten done at the HV branch before.
Guy working there wasn't of help and shot back saying to go back if I have the time and money. As a service provider, that is extremely rude.
1st time I was at the Jelita branch, no one was mending the counter for close to an hour so I left. This time dude was there but I didn't happen to have my heels with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martin, the manager at the Jelita Branch was very unfriendly and brash. When I queried the price, he raised his voice and became agitated and extremely defensive. I’ve been to this branch several times and I’ve been quoted different prices by a different staff member. I understand that there are different prices for different quality keys, but there seems to be some disparity between staff for the same types of key. Martin then told me I could get 20 percent off if I give a 5 star review! How unethical to be “buying” reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please note that all 5 stars reviews under this outlet are to get 20% discount of the repair price as it is clearly stated at the shop before getting any quotation. Clearly a way to hide an obvious problem with a main employee’s issue. So dishonest & unethical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A completely incompetent & unpleasant counter staff who doesn’t speak nor understand English but only repeat what he can (or want to) say - impossible to communicate. He doesn’t even allow to check whether the shoes are ok after the repair but just throw them away on the counter. Total disaster. Service is definitely NOT a word in his dictionary. Customers have to accommodate his temper for any further communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So rude!!! He repeated his same reply to my query several times in a raised voice because I hesitated & was deciding whether to leave my sandal to be glued or not. I do not live near the area & due to time constraints not possible for me to collect on another day. Thought I could do supermarket shopping while it’s being repaired. Could have told me politely that it needed more time. No need to shout at me & angrily tell me he had a lot to do. To my embarrassment people in Starbucks were all looking at me. Never ever coming back here. I believe his name is Martin. Zero for customer service.
