Signed up for a package and within 5 minutes decided to change the package to group sessions rather than private sessions because I wanted to have the flexibility of more classes so I reached out. Customer service was inflexible and said I couldn’t change a package unless I had a valid reason, of which I responded- is better suitability of fitness goals not a valid reason? Such a sad experience because I’ve loved going for sessions here thus far. I wasn’t even asking for a refund, but an exchange.
