Great service despite the long waiting time to queue. Dr Ferdaus Musim is so friendly and gentle to patients. He consulted me and my 1 y/o baby very well.

Extremely bad experience with them. Called 4 times a day (5pm to 7pm), no one bothered to pick up. Called again another 3 times in the morning, still no one pick up. Personally went down to enquire about the AIA basic health screening package which the website stated walk-in is allowed without booking/reservation. 3 counter staff (all young ladies) seem uninterested when I stood there. Said that blood test and health screening can only be done in the morning. Proceed to confirm the hotline number and made a call, phone rang in-front of them and no one bothered to pick up. Would give them 0 stars if there’s an option to.

Attended to by Dr Firdaus. He’s gentle and caring on his patients. Knowledgeable in his few of expertise too. Queue system was okay. Waited around 45 mins with 8 in queue which was considered fast. Dispensing of medication was smooth too.

I would like to commend Dr Lee Yanqing from One Care Canberra for his great clinical judgement and service. I developed sore throat this morning and did a self ART, which reflected negative. Upon seeing Dr Lee, he offered to do a throat swab using the ART kit and the result was positive. I am thankful that the prompt diagnosis prevented me from putting people in my workplace at risk. I am very satisfied with the experience at One Care Canberra. Thumbs up!

Went down to the clinic today at abt 11am. When it was my turn for registration, frontdesk told me the wait would be more than 1 hour. Which I was perfectly fine with. Even if I had to wait 2 hours, I'd be perfectly fine with it. I could clearly see there were a lot of people. By then it was 1130am, so I figured if the clinic closes at 2pm, and that I was the last one they'd admit, how bad could it be? My temperature reading was 38.6Β°, i.e. high fever. As I tested ART positive at home and had symptoms, they told me to wait outside. 1 hour came, then 2 hours - still I waited cuz I had already invested so much time. It was the nearest clinic to home that accepted my workplace insurance, and I was honestly too weak to go further and find other clinics in my state. It was finally 330pm when I went in to see the doctor. FOUR WHOLE HOURS since I had registered myself. Told the doc about it - had waited outside for four hours. He said he had no control over parent admission and just had to focus on clearing patients - he could only manage 7-8 patients an hour. Then I told him then there should have been a cutoff at registration! He said sth along the lines that it was a business decision and that I should feedback to frontdesk. So I did. Told the frontdesk - you told me the wait was more than ONE hour. I was fine with that. If I was made to wait TWO hours, I'd still be okay. But FOUR HOURS!?!?!? It's such a gross miscalculation!!!! (She had the audacity to tell me "I already told you it was more than 1 hour wait") When the timeframe you provided had passed, you had no decency to tell me look, theres a long wait, why dont you go home first and come back at xx time. You telling me the wait was "more than 1 hour" meant that the wait would be closer to 1 hour. Definitely would not have expected it to be 4 hours. If I wanted to wait 4 hours, I would have gone to a polyclinic, not a GP. Even then I dont think polyclinics would take this long! This is not the first time that I've had such a terrible experience at the clinic - usually the frontdesk. They are rude, lack empathy and are often chitchatting with one another and laughing v openly (not specific to this visit). Surely theres some kind of decorum for frontdesk staff. Having said that, doctors seem fine. They clearly do not have control over what is happening outside. Even if it is a business decision to admit as many patients as possible, please do not give such inaccurate wait times!!!! "More than 1 hour" is not equal to FOUR hours. This is what happens when greed takes over.

Super bad service from this clinic's staffs. Inexperience nurses who do not know how to do a proper ART swab. I did from home is positive, they do negative, then I went to CTC do is positive. Something very wrong with how the nurse do the swab test. Or maybe they do not know how to read the result? Very bad. Very Very bad. Please don't go to this clinic. Anyway, doctor are nice.

Really bad services from the front desk. Before you have a consultation with the doctor. You need to let the nurse at the reception know why you are seeing the doctor which I find it peculiar. I understand it's due to COVID. But we need to practice patient and client confidentiality. Is there better way to handle this question discreetly? The clinic was open when I arrive at 4.55pm and they asked me to wait outside rudely. I don't understand the hostility towards the customers and give the wrong medicine until I have to ask why am I'm getting the medicine. No sense of apologies provided by the nurse. I don't have any issues with the doctor. If the front desk do not improve their attitude then you will be losing more customers. As in that estate few other clinic.
