★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with Dr Jun Xiang today. Did my scaling /polishing and also filling on my upper molar .The service rendered was very impressive and satifactory. Not only was Dr Jun Xiang very thorough, he was also very patient throughout the whole procedure. The assisting nurse was also very good in ensuring my comfort during the whole process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dubious Clinic and dental clinic. One incident I had at Paragon dental Clinic is they try to scare me to pull it out, using scare tactics and very pushy and aggressive.
I went to several other dental clinics to consult and check if my wisdom teeth needs to be pulled out and been told I don't need to by their dentists.
I'm glad I didn't follow this clinic because after a few years it grew perfectly when I check with other dental clinics.
Also they refuse to tell the prices of their services upfront and very shady about it.
Unprofessional, dubious and unreliable place.
Highly not recommended. Don't even deserve one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked and went for scaling n polishing. Posted price was $80. It was a ten-minute task. Wanted to charge me $90 plus $20 consultation. I queried the charges as usually the prices are nett. Even Q&M charges $68 nett for polishing and scaling. They claimed consultation is basic but I mentioned I was specific about scaling n polishing which is routine. Only question dr How asked was if I have any dental problem. None. They Claimed $80 posted is for kids which is not the case. Told them they are being rather unethical about the charges. Paid $100 finally. Not going back again. Be careful and clarify their posted price list for unwritten practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had a nasty fall face front at school and hurt her mouth. With so much blood at school, we can’t ascertain whether she had injured her lips or teeth. School dental was closed. Brought her immediately to Paragon Dental and it was almost lunch time. However the nurse and doctor prioritised my daughter’s case and attended to her immediately. Attended by Dr Ang Tiam Teck. He did cleaning and thorough check. He is very patient and gave us the assurance. Thank god my daughter is fine. Will be seeing him again next week for review and x-ray. Nurse was so patient and kind. Thank you for the pleasant first time visit experience.
