My experience was great here. Went to do some admin stuff, fast and efficient. Finish everything in 15min. Settled payment and paperwork. The lady is polite and helpful ??

Electricity in the whole house was total gone today.Uncle electrician came within 15 minutes and fixed the problem.So far,my experience with the town council is great.Used the town council numerous times to clear bulky items from my unit...

Saw alot of Hugh cockroaches crawling toward the lifts which make it impossible for me to go home vias lift. Called town council and the person said they are still fogging. Her tone sound across to me she is not unhappy but o have using friendly tone to tell her. Seriously expect to be nice to the offi cer but what about the attitude from the officer?? Somehow I find sengkang town council better. My old flat is more well maintained by this 5yrs old one looks so run down. With us paying for the fees, what had been done?

Punggol TC sucks. Simple TC issue feedback to Call Centre as well as visit to TC office personally rendered no rectification and reply even when I have left my contact number. Went down to TC office several times to ask to speak to the Property Officer, not in. Covering officer, not in. Property Manager Jonathan seah also not in. As a resident of Punggol, I have no alternative but to what's app to MP Mr Jani since there was a poster urging residents to feedback to him on any estate's issues. Sadly to say there's no response too. Omg not sure what are all these ppl doing! BTW I have feedback that the fitness equipment(Hip Twister) at blk 615B Punggol was not in working condition but TC/MP not doing anything. Oh well, this TC sucks... Lazy people at this town council!

Went to the Pasir ris punggol town council this morning to get some documents for an hdb sale completion and the service was so good and efficient. Friendly staff. Very impressed.

It's not the first time I've been woken up by the noise downstairs... The first time was happened two days ago. I’ve woken up by those “noise” at 8:10am and called at 8:45am due to I don’t know who to look for.. The worker downstairs likes to make those noise likes throwing tools… using tools to knock those metal thing.. It’s annoying!! The most annoying thing is that when I called to ask who the contractor was, the receptionist Jason said he wouldn’t it... His attitude was extremely bad... The same thing happened today 8 :15am I was woken up by the same voice again... I decided to call again, this time was someone named YongKang who answered the phone. I mentioned I was disturbed by the loud noises, and his attitude and tone change immediately!! He became very bad... very rude... Just let me wait for Jason's call... I asked about the time, and he directly said that he was not Jason and didn't know his schedule so he will not know what time Jason can call me... I finally told him that I hope to receive a call before 10 o'clock, he replied directly, “I don't know... You have to wait... I am not him, so I can't tell you the time”!!!! WT…… Well.. I don’t know how many complaints call you all will received everyday but this is your job to solve the solution not throwing temper make thing worst.. ?
