★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pezzo's pizza was absolutely exquisite! Large slices, a generous amount of toppings, it was very delicious. Very efficient and easy to order at an affordable price, fantastic value for what you pay for. Looking forward to coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to buy pizza today (4pm, 12 May), and the Chinese staff screamed at me and said, 'What do you want huh?! I'm having a meeting!'I was shocked when I heard that so I told him not to scream at me since I'm a customer but he didn't apologise. If he can't serve pizza to the customers, then why is he there?? I'm appalled with this type of behaviour in a food service industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caught my attention when I saw a Pezzo staff went straight into Jason's with his gloves on, stopped in front of a shelf, scratched his head then picked up a packet of instant drink or something and fiddled with it. To make it worse, he continued kneading pizza dough with the same pair of disposable gloves. This is extremely disgusting as I often buy pizza from this outlet for my kid. Usually I would put up with the bad attitude from the staff here (not a single one of them has the right attitude for service line btw), but this is plain revolting. Will not patronise this outlet ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and friendly staff and pizza on my last visit but the problem is that there are many rude customers who think they have so much authority towards the staff and there are also customers who uses vouchers which slows the process of receiving my pizza as I ordered. Overall great place but very packed during weekends, will return again when I head back to Ion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today purchase 2 pizza, 4 wings n 1 garlic bread for dinner. Once reach home get ready to eat open garlic bread saw the mold at the garlic bread so disappointed and throw away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service at Ion outlet. The Malay guy who served me was rude and unhappy when I asked him to heat up the pizza. He complained to his colleague about it and the lady agreed with him. All these was done knowing I can hear what they were saying. I asked him if he was angry, as I wanted to apologise for any inconvenience. Instead, he challenged me. He said “Why you asked. I wasn’t talking to you!”. Speechless.
Even on other occasions, the service staff always have a frowning face when handling customers.
