The service staff at Jurong point raffles medical told me the ART test is fit for travel to USA, and I took it, but there is no memo that I can print and bring along. Which means my $30 is effectively wasted. Then when my friend approached another staff (both are female) at the same clinic, she appears knowing nothing much about pre departure ART memo and her reply was "Those are different things!" when questioned "Do you provide fit for travel documents?" This is just so unprofessional. Their attitude is really bad.

I pity the staff there. While waiting for my turn, in a span of just 20min, I witnessed so many rude people raising their voice at the staff. These people should be more patient. Other than that, waiting time was still reasonable, walking walk out about 40min on peak hour.

Visited at night time. Front desk Chinese lady reception is very efficient. Not sure about others. Indian lady doctor is good but just explain same thing too often. Overall a good and fast experience around 40 mins from walk in to walk out.

Terrible attitude from the nurses. Talking to patients with no eye contact like we are just wasting their time. My daughter just did a PCR test and came out crying as the doctor who administered the test was rough and inserted the swab probably too deep. No apology was given and her excuse was that she had to do it. We have done many PCR tests prior to this and never did my daughter end up crying!!

Today was my first time bringing my 4year old boy to your clinic. My wait time for just to registered was 20mins. And it took another almost 25mins then I get to see the doctor (my quene number was 22 and 23 & 24 has already seen the doctor and step out of the consultation room). When I get Dr Daniel Ting to list out the medication, but he only mentioned one medicine to me. Upon asking a few questions regarding my son illness not much professionalism is shown. Shortly, I step out of the consultation room. Waited patiently for another 20mins before I actually walked up to the reception and asked if my medication and bill is ready (upon seeing patient (quene 30) seen and took her medication less than 3 mins after she is out of the consultation room). The Indian lady over at the cashier asked me what medication am I taking. I was dumbfounded by her question. I replied how would I know what the doctor has prescribed. Overheard her mumbling to her colleague - Doctor hasn't submit the prescription. So I sat down and decided to wait for another 5mins. Second time I walked up to her, I asked her politely if the bill is ready she pointed at her colleague who is busy pasting labels on the medication and said: we are preparing, wait for 5mins. I told her I will give you 5mins but I don't want anymore medication, just prepare the bill and MC ready. Walked up to her 5mins later asking for the bill, she start to explain the medication to me but I stopped her

My first visited this clinic and my experience is very surprisingly no much Q at all better than any other clinic around there, but unfortunately I can't use CDA card to pay for my kid only has chas card subsidise luckily the fees just only $10

Very long waiting time. 6 patients before me and waited 2hr 20min. Waited 30min to get flu and cough medicine. Service is ok, doctor is patient and thoughtful. Sufficient seating space in waiting area. Aircon is cold.

Visited clinic with my aunt for her medical checkup, clinic was busy but managed to get all done smooth , the staff and doctors are very professional and overall very friendly environment
