β β β β β Super super fast! Needed a zipper changed cos it just broke on me out of nowhere. Didnβt need an appointment, just walked in and they fixed my bag in literally 5 minutes. So nice, friendly and efficient.

β β β β β Why is no one picking up the phone, been calling from morning 11am til now 3pm. How to rate service if no service is given. And where is the repair centre, Toa Payoh Jackson Square or Orchard Mandarin Gallery, please do some updating to your website. I need to have my wheels repaired, wear and tear. Do you do pick ups aka come my house, pick the bag up and repair and then send it back to my house? I need questions answered. Please reply. My bag was bought in 2015 in Germany Dusseldorf.

β β β β β Repair centre was professional and replaced our faulty lock in less than one hour. Fantastic and well done.
It's speculation and totally unsound statistically but I suspect the newer models after rimowa was bought over in 2016 seem to form majority of the faulty luggage there. I could be wrong but definitely think twice b4 you spend on those polycarb models.

β β β β β Excellent seamless after sales service experience. They could tell my luggage was still under warranty by the serial number. Not only did they address my concerns, they also offered to fix some other damages. Same day collection, they estimated a 1 to 2 hour wait but I managed to get the retrieval email within the hour. No charges as it was all under warranty. 10/10 will repurchase RIMOWA again for their after sales service.

β β β β β Everyone told me the Rimowa service center was at Jackson Square, but they actually moved to the 2nd of Mandarin Gallery.
Very detailed and thorough staff. She inspected my luggage and put tape on all thre necessary areas.
Thereβs an uncle onsite that repairs the suitcases. I had some very deep scratches on the corners of my luggage, which he was able to file and sand it down. They replaced my wheels and my handle.
I was able to pick up my luggage in a few hours. Very impressed!
