SBCC Baby & Child Clinic (Rivervale) - #02-20 Rivervale Plaza

Dr Andrea is a patient and meticulous doctor who is very good with children. She always put worried parent like me at ease. Very glad to have such a great pd near my house.

I am visiting Dr. Ardrea quite regularly for my new born daughter’s appointment and before that I used to come to clinic for mt elder daughter as well. The Doctor and staff at clinic are very kind, only thing is that clinic is very busy any day and if you have to go without appointment then wait time is very long .. so we have to “patient” .. :) Dr Andrea really know how to handle my baby and explains everything very calmly.

Nurses are very helpful and friendly both for my baby and myself. Doctor examines my baby very well every visit and professional. Not very clean plaza (clinic itself is clean) but we come back here because of them!!

Dr Alison is very patient & willing to listen to our issues. She is also very detailed in explaining the situation & by giving advice how to handle them. The counter staff & nurses are also very kind & polite

Was served by Dr Andrea Yeo few days back and she is a very patience and detailed doctor. However we walked in at 2pm and everything ended around 4pm. Doctor was good but the counter service and speed are the 2 main things you all must really look into it. Everything were slow including registration and dispense of medicines. Imagine a very sick baby have to wait for couple of hours whereby it can be speed up.

Dr Allison is very good. My baby started crying the moment I’m inside the room, but she was very patient and listens to everything you say. She is attentive and sweet towards my baby too. She understands our stress and situation we are in, and very professional in understanding our baby’s behavior. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and went the extra mile to explain to my wife as she is not Singaporean. Overall, very good doctor! Also, the front desk nurses are friendly and nice! Well satisfied with the overall experience for me and my wife! Thank you to all!

I rarely give reviews due to my proficiency in english but feel obliged to give one for this clinic as I feel that it's long overdue for the good service rendered to me and my child for the past 3 years. My child always shows her delight whenever I tell her that we have to visit this clinic because of her sickness. My family has always been quite amused by her reaction. I guess the reason could be because of the nice staff and friendly doctors. Her favourite doctor is Dr Alison Joanne Lee who always has a way to calm my child to cooperate with her examination. Another reason I like about this clinic is because in comparison to some other clinics where I had brought my child for our visits before, my child seems to recover faster from the medicine prescribed by the doctors from this clinic. I believe some parents can relate to this sentiment. Last but not least, I am also very satisfied and impressed with the detailed explanations by the doctors each time after their diagnosis on my child.

The doctors in this clinic are very good. But you need to have a lot of patience to see the doctor. Sometimes it may even take 2hrs or more before you get a chance to see a doctor. So better to avoid this place if you do not have a prior appointment. The staff and the nurses at the reception area could improve a lot in terms of improving the turn around time and regulating the patient visits. All are ill and hurting kids. So I hope they take some action to regulate the queues better and improve the turn around time.
