Overall experience was relatively ok and the price is rather competitive. The confirmation process and the work delivery was smooth. The sale person is also helpful to resolve a delivery mistake done by the staff. The company also provide free gift during the purchase. The hiccups I would like to highlight are as follow: -The door installation staffs are not really professional. After installing the door, queries on the installation was casually brushed off. Surprisedly, the silicon on the door popped out within hours of the installation. Thankfully the lock installation staff rectified it on the same day. -The gate installation was an eye opener. As there are slight mis-alignment, the staffs were seen swinging the gate against a stopper as an attempt to align it. I am not sure if the gate will be partially damaged by doing this. There are several spots which have scratches and wear-off which was met with a black spray in attempt to ensure that the black gate remains a solid black gate. -Misrepresentation of catalog is the main issue I would want to highlight. I was given the catalog from a promotion pack of 8 gates to choose with. I choose the design I wanted and ended up having a slightly different one installed (without the bottom plate). It was then explained that a top up of $85 is required. I would like to highlight that there is no mention in the catalog which was given and customer would naturally choose the design based on the visual provided. To end up requesting for top-up for the plate does not seem reasonable. Did not intend to make a big fuss over this, I settled the payment the following day. I would like to encourage that such visual mis-representation is not desirable as it does not give customer the full picture. For reference, invoice number is T1702.

Was looking for doors to my new place and came upon this shop @ telok blangah nearest to my house. Was skeptical of it at first as the website only stated 3 stars for it. However was pleasantly surprised by the service brought about by sales person Letie. She's really helpful & patient in assisting to my selection. As this is my first time doing doors for my place, she really took time to help analyse the colour of my house & going into the details of each selections of doors to match it & the effect & ambience it's gonna have on my home. What's most satisfying is the constant updates & after sales checks on the completion of my doors. Even after 2 months completion of my doors, recently she called & ask how isit & all. This is definitely a 5 STAR service for me & definitely a RARE attribute in this industry of hit & run sales! Kudos to Letie & SDL for grooming such excellent service staff & outstanding workmanship on doors. A true sense of responsibility in business which is rare today! Keep it up SDL & Letie. Overall a disappointing experience- lack of service discovery and business professionalism. I've made one-time purchase of 2 digital locks and a new gate. Throughout journey, I've experienced 2 changes of installation dates and a painful process. Even after fixing the date, the installation took place unexpectedly (no prior notice) on a date not agreed upon - we've to change our day plans and wasted a day of annual leave taken in advance for the original agreed installation date. Totally screwed up our celebration plans for Mother's day. Outstanding payment chaser came 2 weeks after installation. Before then, I didn't get any explanations/apologies from SDL Ms Letie. I requested for some fair monetary compensation. Instead SDL said they would only offer a mailbox digital lock. Would I still trust SDL service and willingly go through another service lapse with them? NO, and I declined. Above said, the products are fine. But if you're planning to put yourself through all these inconveniences and subpar services standards, go for it! Invoice: T-1914

I found Smart Digital Lock@Reddot Pte Ltd in December 2021, after checking out numerous other door and digital lock suppliers. The prices by SDL@Reddot are very competitive. Their services from purchase, to installation were great! Installers came on time, and everything (bedroom doors, main door, gate and digital locks) were installed & completed within 3 hours. VJ was very kind as he took the time to guide me through the setup for the DLs. Oh, the guys also helped sweep and clear the debris before they left. Do check out their showroom either at Telok Blangah or T-space and then decide if they are worth engaging.. Everything went smoothly for me and I'd like to thank the team for that! I ordered my main door, 3 bedroom doors, gate and digital lock in Dec 2021 and confirmation of my laminates 1 month before installation. 1 week before installation was informed chosen laminates out of stock and I had to change to a new laminate. On the actual day of installation, my main door was not fabricated yet! I was left without a main door for a few days. Very disappointed with all the blunders which caused a lot of inconveniences to us.
