β β β β β Great place for a quick meal in between transit. However one of the service staff was extremely rude and impatient today. Was unable to communicate well in English, did not bother to try communicating in Mandarin but simply raised her voice. Store wasn't crowded and there was no queue.

β β β β β bought the oyster mee sua, and I really think it is not worth it. food portion is very little, soup is very salty and there were only two oysters. the noodles were also soggy after ten minutes. I am not sure whether Taiwan mee sua is supposed to be like that but I would not recommend

β β β β β Agent K at the Buona Vista outlet very kindly allowed me to Paynow him instead of having me to go and draw cash to make payment for my food. Thank you for going the extra mile!! He provided excellent service and was courteous. Maybe Shilin can consider having QR code/cashless payment options. (:

β β β β β Shihlin chicken has always been a go-to meal for me. However, the rice box set just went utterly wrong for me. The tofu was sour and spoilt. The rice that was underneath it had some sour taste as well. Iβm unsure what is with the quality controlβ¦

β β β β β 1 clueless woman and 1 rude aunty at the counter.
The lady did not know how to take an order properly so the auntie took over. I ordered seafood tempura. Did not know there is M and L size. Only after payment did I realised and told the auntie I wanted M not L. And she blamed it on me, saying I didnβt tell her I wanted M and she already keyed L and collected payment. I thought as the person taking the order she should ask us what size we want instead of assuming.
Also asked for no chilli. But there was chilli inside.

β β β β β Decent quality for the price with large quantity. Ordered the rice box set, with drink , sweet potato fries, tofu & century egg, a lot of fried chicken cutlet, was $10.50.
Food was made fresh and served hot. Small limited dining in area was sufficient for my quick meal.
The staff were also friendly and helpful.
Itβs not the healthiest meal but if you want a quick tasty fried up meal at affordable price in the area, this was good enough.
If they put a few slices of cucumber or veg in the box, it would have been better.
Also if they allowed some e-payment it would be easier, I had to draw cash to pay.. nowadays hardly carry cash.
