We'd just moved to Singapore, and just a couple of weeks ago got a pet hamster. One evening it went into shock. We rushed here and within 5 seconds of entering, we gratefully got emergency treatment and had all the doctors rush over to see what was wrong. A little bit of oxygen and some rest later and our wee one is back to his healthy self. Amazingly quick, kind and expert service. Thank you very much. Our kids are all very happy and relieved.

Dr. Ly is very experienced and knowledgeable however the clinic has extremely long waiting hours (a visit can take 2-3 hours) and Dr. Ly's charges is crazily high. Visited the clinic 4 times so far and costed me almost 2 thousand already small issues, this would only cost max $400 at average price vet clinics. His skills are no doubt good, but think twice; if you are prepared to spend a crazy price. Would recommend him only if its critical illness.

Dr. Lye a specialist and Dr. Kelvin have helped a cat I have rescued numerous times. The nurses there have given a warm welcoming service. Thank you to them, my little fluff have been able to enjoy and experienced a loving care of a home, away from the streets for a couple of months. Thank you for giving my little fluff a good life.

Dr Ly is by far the best vet we have ever encountered. Very knowledgeable, experienced, holistic and caring. Our dog visited him since ARC days and now he is like our family vet for both my dog and cat. Apart from all the super caring staff in Animal Wellness, they also hv a great receptionist whom is always very kind to my child, giving her treats every now and then. Not to mention during a particular visit when the clinic was very pack, she even volunteered to take my cat to sit beside her so that he can be less stressful. All these can’t be trained. It comes from the heart. And Animal Wellness certainly have a big and kind heart for all the sick animals, while providing comfort and assurance to their immediate family members. 2 Thumbs up! ? ?

Excellent services, thanks to Dr Ly and the rest of the crew who care for Furbie! Consult at ease with peace of mind, of course just take note waiting time can be rather long, but that’s very minor compared to the quality of veterinary care provided!

After my little puppy ​​came to the menses, the urinal part became infected. I was afraid that it might be a uterine infection, so I took her to this clinic. My friends have always said how good is the clinic. After I went there, first of all, Dr. Kelvin asked us to do random inspections. I told him that my puppy ​​had an infection in the pee area, and I was afraid of uterine infection. I hope the doctor can have some check on it. After that Dr. Kelvin started saying something unrelated, doing blood tests for my dog, and also doing various parasite tests on her, I said we have dewormed every month, and I'm mainly looking for urinary tract infections. Then the doctors went on selling their dewormers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and probiotics, barely mentioning my puppy condition. Later, he gave my puppy ​​an antibiotic jab. After returning home, my puppy started to have diarrhea with blood. My puppy ​​had never had diarrhea like this before. What's more, the doctor offered their nurse to trim my puppy's nails. First of all, they didn't tell me that there is a charge, but it doesn't matter. The point is, after the nurse trim halfway, she refused to continue as she told us that she was afraid of hurting my puppy paw. However, the full charges for nail trimming are still on with half services. End up I was spending more than $600++. Dr. Kelvin maliciously promotes his clinic products and charges ridiculously high. Urinary tract infections charge in other clinics cost about $100. I hope everyone can refer to my experiences. My puppy is still having diarrhea with blood. Without further ado, I brought her to other clinics. Other veterinarians think that the blood in the stool is caused by antibiotics. I am really worried about the condition of my puppy.

I can’t fault any of the doctors and nurses here when it comes to having our babies’ best interests. We have 3 short snout dogs and the level of care and knowledge that they receive here is unlike any other. I came in skeptical at first, but time and time again from text follow-ups at night to knowledgeable and experienced diagnosis and treatment, they gave us many moments that made us feel relieved that our babies were there and not somewhere else. I want to thank all of the staff at Animal Wellness for your commitment to the wellbeing of our precious babies ☺️

My corgi was with the Animal Wellness Centre for a year plus due to complicated issues. Dr Ly and team gives the best care and assurance to their clients. This is definitely a plus point for any worried pet owners who walk into any clinic. Dr Ly and team are also very dedicated and efficient, they leave no spare time to attend to urgent or serious cases. Also kudos to the receptionist team at the front counter (Hello, Molly!) who are genuinely caring about patients who called up or at the waiting area. If they are not the best vet clinic/team, I don't know who else is.
