★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic uses an electronic system to notify patients about the queue number. There is an electronic board to display the queue number but no buzzer. Saw the female staff staring at the patient who was busy working on his laptop and did not notice his queue number was up. When i asked the staff if there is a cream i can apply for the pain on my knee, she said "you have painkiller." When i mentioned cream, she said "you have antiseptic cream". When i repeated my request for "topical cream to apply for the pain", the staff raised her voice and repeated i have both the cream and painkiller in my hands. Rude and unhelpful staff.
