★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very prepared and informed before seeking eye surgeries at SNEC SENG KANG Hospital, especially if you are a subsidised patient. BE even more wary if you are a day surgery patient. I went through an unnecessary and painful series of events pre and post surgery in covid phase 2 and am regretting my decision. Would I even want to go through the same horrors for my other eye??? I think I can get better health care in a 3rd world country like Bangkok, international hospital. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like other patients, long waiting time. Referred to sengkang a&e by clinic because of eye ulcers, queued for triage and took me for swab test all of a sudden. After that I've waited for 2 hours because it's lunch break. It's almost 4 hours and I still haven't met my eye doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pleasant experience here mostly because of Dr Andrew, He was willing to go the extra mile to refer me to relevant departments for assistance and I did not have to wait long from the 1st checkup to the surgery. Surgery wise,it all went smoothly and fast. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please trust all the bad reviews of snec@skh in this Google section. I have waited for a few months to get this referral from the polyclinic. I was given a timing to go to the snec at skh. It turned out to be crowded with patients like the scene you would expect during precovid and in a polyclinic. The wait to see the doctor is horrendously long. I asked the nurse what is the waiting time very politely and was ignored. I have also checked with the other patients that they have been waiting for hours. Please just save the money and see a private doctor instead. Don’t waste months and months of waiting for the appt date only to wait for hours and hours for your name to be called. Experience is horrible.
