โ โ โ โ โ Signed up for a package of 6 body massages. Not comfortable with the over-zealous sales tactics during my first 2 sessions. Prefer they focus on delivering the service proper first. If well-performed, then further discussion can always follow. Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ EXTREMELY DISHONEST in the way they do their business. Started with signing up for a normal 90 min body massage package with them. Almost after every session they would try to UPSELL and HARDSELL you, it becomes very stressful for me to have to go through that 15-20mins of sales talk in the room. Hence I signed up for another package thinking it could finally stop them from pestering me. After a few sessions, I feedback saying the new package totally isn't working for me (which is some candle candle burning which cost $75 per session!!!). Totally disregard my feedback and instead tried selling me more packages.
Finally, on my last visit to Spacio Orchard, the manager Cat, was extremely rude, refusing to allow for switch in service with my left over credits for the useless service they pushed me to sign up for. So to have a normal body massage, turned out I have to pay $133 for 60mins!! And they asked for more payments as well.
THINK TWICE before you sign up anything with them.

โ โ โ โ โ Booked an appointment, it was confirmed and all. But later on when I texted to ask about directions on the day of appointment, they say it is fully booked. No apologies whatsoever and kept saying "sure" the only explanation was that the system doesn't sync with the booking online. How is that an issue for us? Why tell customers that your system can't sync, are we the IT department for spacio?? System can't sync, okkkk and??? Forced to reschedule the appointment to another week. Hopefully the massage is excellent seeing as it is "all fully booked". Please hire an IT person to fix it for everyone's sake. Otherwise remove your store from any online booking, it is the digital era and a simple appointment can't be made online. Is this 1956 or 2021? Wake up your idea.

โ โ โ โ โ The room was a mess, had to wait for 2mins for them to set up the room. Staffs kept hard selling me for at least 20mins even though I have already said no. They still ask me whats the reason for not signing up, is it money problem? No, I have an issue with your professionalism.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought the voucher through road show. Extremely regret. Staff and manager were extremely rude and Very hard sell. They do not do their job properly and whatsoever listed in the package was not fully deliver. Please do not waste your time and money here.

โ โ โ โ โ Very aggressive in getting you to buy. They will make you uncomfortable and convince you to buy extras that you didn't want, asking you again and again even after you have said no many times. You will walk out, confused, with a much larger bill than you intended. I later found out that this exact salon has previously admitted to unfair/anti-consumer practices under an Consumers Association of Singapore investigation (Do a web search for "Beauty salons admit to unfair practices after customer complaints Tuesday Oct 6 2020")

โ โ โ โ โ I saw this promo from fave so I called to enquire about fat freeze treatment and was told that Iโll be able to use 2 applicators concurrently however when I arrive, they told me that they can only use 1 applicator at a time so I had to wait for 1 hour instead of 30 mins. When the first applicator ended after 30 mins, the therapist ask me to top up $198 to upgrade from size s to m. We did the body assessment prior to the start of treatment and she confirm that the size is sufficient to cover my treatment area. Therefore I requested to see the manager, when the manager approach, she try to use the size s and mention that the machine isnโt working. I requested for a refund and obviously she wasnโt happy about it. So I ask her to write and memo to make sure that the company will refund.
