chope-ing seats is normal. Pls do not waste your time to Q, basically chope chope chope. Secondly, no mugs.. As the staff have not collected it back.

It was a bad friday for me and I went tk Starbucks to get a drink for me and my colleagues. Was served by Angela who not only spelt my name correctly on the first but also put a smiley face on the side of my name... made my day ? 5 stars for their customer service!

Not enjoyable. Female Barista shouting out names so loudly to customers to collect orders. Makes the whole place like a marketplace. Totally not worth the price to pay of a coffee after dinner.

I bought a white chocolate mocha but got a white mocha.. I've also asked for whipped cream on top but there was no whipped cream when receiving my order. It was busy in the outlet so maybe they forgot certain things but still felt they could have double checked the order before doing it.

Nice and spacious, just the collection point a little pack before picking up our orders. My girl ordered something for herself and she is happy. She haven't been out to mall for months

Went there to chillax , due to safe distancing, tables are all arranged more than one meter away, that makes the place quieter and spacious Staff was very friendly, greeted and thanked me with a smile ?. He told me to keep the receipt because we are only allowed to stay in for an hour. Ordered a hot chocolate ? & strawberry short cake ?. Taste ?? The interior design was so festive, will definitely go back patronage again

It was located near the bus stop from the entrance. I came around 5pm and there was only one empty table left. Just nice for us to sit it and order our drink. The place was cozy, can use for quick chat and work. It wasn't too noisy background at that time. I ordered matcha, eventhought it says not sweet but still a bit sweet ?

The service standard here has dropped tremendously as compared to covid period, I guess likely due to the overwhelming crowd and lots of delivery orders. First of all, they delayed my order by giving the person who is queuing behind me and bought like 6 sets of breakfast the priority. Because of this I have to wait 30minutes for my breakfast. Which is unfair since I ordered my order first. Secondly when I went towards them, they just ask me to wait for my name to be called. Actually when I ordered my meal, the counter staff didn't explain to me how to collect my meal. Usually I can collect my food instantly, I have to stand there feeling stupid over the 10minutes because they have a bulk order. But dear staff , please get your arrangement right and serve the order in the correct order. Next , the presentation of the food. Is really bad... Please see my attached photos. Hence , I will skip this Starbucks outlet during peak hours.
