★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 35 minutes to order and get served. My lunch break only 1 hour. Cash payment discrimination. I had to wait longer to pay cash. Lousy management. Only rostered 1 person for serving and packing all orders and 1 kitchen staff, DURING RUSH HOUR (LUNCH TIME ON SATURDAY) No cleaners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased one Double BBQ Turkey Bacon & one Single BBQ Turkey Bacon for takeaway.
But when I reached home & found that BK had provided with both Single burgers at Tiong Bahru outlet.
I’m really dissatisfied with your service that you can make a blunder with my purchase despite I was the only customer waiting for the take away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The app order is ridiculous. I placed the order and standing here while those who order at machine keep getting their food but not me. The manager is so unfriendly ask me to wait because someone else order via app and therefore i have to wait. This is nonsense. Now i have to wait another 25 mins just because using app which they are promoting. Ironically some of the staff were waiting to fill my order and idle there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 person cooking in kitchen. One uncle running around trying to hold the fort with mountains of orders. And 1 auntie who is walking around not helping, getting nag by the overworked uncle.
They don't do the burgers by the orders that come in. But do all one type of burgers, then another type of burgers... So the orders cannot be completed.
See my receipt...I ordered at 1953 . At around 2015, my first burger done and the auntie tried to give me my order. I have to tell her to please check carefully. At 2021 my second burger came.
Before my second burger came, order 4101 had his order gave to him wrong...
As I was waiting the orders piled up, delivery riders complaining, uncle running around and auntie just walking around saying " nithing i can do , nothing i can do".

Waiting time : extremely long
Fast food become slow food.
Waited more than an hour when there are no customers at all.
Noticed that this vendor have changed staff many times. At least they r doing something but seems like it isnt working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service level average. I think short of manpower. Tried the plant based whopper and it is ok. Beef still better.
I wonder if they would do half and half. One patty plant based , one beef.
The medium fries is really very small portion.
Quite annoyed the manager keeps telling me to order from machine which doesn’t accept cash. And at the end still need to order from counter
