★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very understaffed outlet. Server has to multi task serving food and manning the counter and very long waiting time as a result. However beef demi glace burger is delicious and corn soup is fantastic. Signature Mos chicken is tasty and juicy as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely long wait. I believe it took around 30 mins to receive my order, which is ridiculous considering that it's supposed to be a fast-food joint. Also, there are quite a few items that are always unavailable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was so kind and understanding to me. Especially one of the staff members, I don’t quite remember her name. She has glasses, black hair, looks around 150cm and looks a bit frail. Please give her a promotion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No staff at the counter , self order machine not friendly user n not sensitive but the burger is nice n neatly done, the vege is fresh n well taken care off. Thank you. They very professional, they don over cook the food n they do it when u order. That is why their food always Fresh n warm when u take away or dine in but need to wait bcos they do it fresh, thank you.

Service here can be slow when it is pack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This MOS burger is under staff. There is no cashier, only 2 staff to do everything. Order number display is spoil so the staff bring out the order, key the number even though she knows the display is spoil and she just place the food there and don't care. I feel they are just super busy and can't be bothered to ensure food is collected correctly. So my suggestion is don't visit this place during perk hours as you need to wait very long. Hopefully, the company will send more staff to help as from past review you can see this is a on going problem for a long time. Thank you
