the cashier staff very attitude. show the black face all the time. Since so unhappy i think she better change a new job.

Small but the place n toy seems well maintained. Compared with the one at harbourfront

newest tiny playground at sengkang region. had been to their Buangkok Square playground, hence utilitised the same membership hours. small playground suitable for 2-5yo; maybe not suitable for 6yo above big kids. They hired 2 staff at reception, they are rather young and the company did not provide a good training to them. They have been using manually handwritten paper to record booking, when i suggested them to use computer Microsoft excel, they dont have any clue about it. The staff is expected to do regular cleaning/tidy up the play area, but it seems to me they never did a good job. through midday the playground will be in a mess. The website is not even updated to have valid phone number to call for enquiry. cannot call to change/cancel booking. More rooms to improve.

Very very bad experience. Reached at 10.45am, 15 min ahead of the opening time of 11am. Queued behind two others and was third in line. When the staff finally turned up at 11am, they took about 5 min to open the cashier and everything. They admitted the first two in front of me, plus also allowed the second person in line to have a friend cut the queue. When it was our turn, she shut the entrance and did not say a thing. I went forward to ask how long we had to wait? She replied, “just wait”. So I waited and by then my toddler was getting restless so I asked her, “how many more in front of me?” She said, “just wait”. She went back in to start calling lots of people, and I finally realised she was calling those who made a booking but were still nowhere in sight. Shouldn’t this be done earlier? In the end, she gave me a nonchalant “I have to count the number of people first, that’s why I told you to just wait”. Her tone was hostile and gave me the feeling of “don’t want to wait just get out”. No smiles, no apologies, nothing. In addition, the maximum capacity was 14 pax but she only admitted 5 children and 5 adults. It’s also a miserably small playground, so I’d say don’t waste your time queuing for such service and quality. T-Play at khatib is so much better.

Wanted to leave review for the branch at harbourfront but couldn’t find in google map. Bought the 10 hour pass few month ago and try to use it yesterday. Call the Harbourfront branch number 6259 7288 for 5 times over 45 min no one pick up so we try our luck to just go. When we reach the lady said today whole day is fully booked. I ask how she could fully book when the phone is not answer at all. She could have answer the phone so we won’t make a trip down. She said she was too busy like for example néed to talk to customer like me. But I was the only person asking there. Her 1 min phone call answer could have save us Alot of time. Kids are very disappointed when they saw the playground but couldn’t go in. After I left, she continue to play on her phone and just continue to ignore the phone which is ringing since I was talking to her. So I step back again to ask why she has time to check her but don’t have time at all to answer phone ? I think the mgnt has to look into the operating model either they hire incompetent staff who can’t manage multitask and co-ordination skill or under staff the branch people. Or they shld setup WhatsApp or online system for easy booking. Like what others indoor playground company do. Although their price is cheap cos is smaller scale playground for younger kids but running a small scale Indoor play doesn’t mean the staff can don’t answer phone call. Hope they will look into the matter

Super bad place to leave your kids to play their attitude sucks big time and super fierce to children. Parents pay money to let our children in to get scolded because they are playing and throwing the bits out of place. A gentle reminder is good enough! They threaten my daughter and say they are very fierce when she threw the bits. They ask her to leave even before 1 hour is up. We got in at 11.10am and left at 12.00pm the reason they gave so to prepare for the next badge to go in. Will definitely never return back there worst indoor playground ever been to! I don’t even wanna give 1 star but no choice to post this I have to give a star ?

1) Instructions are not clear. Everywhere it is stated per entry of $12 is for a child with 1 adult allowed in. No where is it stated booking has to be made for adults + kids separately. 2) Person answering the call is not bothered to inform that we need to specify number of adults or asked about it. Logically this playland doesnt have staffs minding the kids right? So for safety of smaller toddlers, only makes sense for a parent to follow in and the ticket is inclusive of entry for an adult. No one bothers to tell that we need to book for adults separately too. They can inform me on the membership plan when I called to book a slot but didnt bother asking about number of adults..only how many kids 3) Person at the seletar mall counter is more concerned on LECTURING me that they cant allow parents in on weekends unless we told them in advance when no where does it state that and no one bothered asking either? What is there to ALLOW when your ticket includes 1 adult entry..they should learn to place clear instruction for customers and not for us to guess All in all, first visit (did not enter) and the last as well. Not the best place for those expecting kinder service. Reading the other reviews, no one would dare send their infant alone into the playland.
