We are very pleased with the warm and friendly service rendered by Vincent at the centre this morning when i brought my maid there for Xray. Keep it Up???

It’s a small X-ray center with only one X-ray room inside. Got my X-ray done very promptly. Forgot to get the guy’s name. Assuming there’s only one person working in this small shop (have to sit outside to wait in case of more than 3 people - there’s only 3 seats inside). Was referred by Bedok’s Raffles clinic to have X-ray here. They don’t do X-rays on Saturday.

Becareful when you asked questions with one of the radiographer (an uncle), because this uncle just blew an outrage in front of me, till I had to calm him down and asked him to relax and don’t need to be so angry with just a small matter, when I asked him the reason he never mentioned to me whether or not I needed an x ray report and he thought that I’m going to see the GP next door to this x-ray clinic as the referral letter was written by the GP next door. But I have the right to visit other clinics without telling this uncle and I don’t owe anyone an explanation as I’m the paying customer. Among the many x-ray centres in Singapore, I took the effort to go to this clinic and whether or not I live far away from this clinic (travelled more than 1 hour plus), at least show some professional attitude as I was also talking nicely and asked nicely. I know he served 100 over patients daily, but work ethic and attitude both are important, as not to scare your patients/customers away! A sensitive and bad temper attitude isn’t going to get you anywhere (referring to the uncle radiographer).
