We were there around 9.30am. Got a number and waited for around 10mins. The previous number did not change and we decided to go for breakfast since we were maybe like 5 numbers after. We came back around 10am and realised our number just passed. We enquired and tried to explained but I was SHOCKED at how RUDE this woman at the reception is! She told my wife to just go take a seat without even asking her what her number was. We waited another 10 mins WITHOUT her getting back to us. In the meantime, the numbers were just running. About 15 mins later, I went to ask again, THEN she bothers to ask my helper for her missed queue number! IF I DID NOT ENQUIRE AGAIN, WILL I BE WAITING THERE UNTIL EVERYONE IS DONE?! Please do something about your front of desk service!

The girl with the bangs in the front desk is very friendly, polite and informative. Amongst all the negative comments and experiences (and I can see why).. She made the experience a whole lot better. Keep it up!

After reading the terrible reviews, I approached this place with caution. Went in, immediately got a queue no. even though I’ve an appointment 3.20pm and order form. Every other visitor had an order form. Surprisingly I was called quite quickly even though there’s 3 other persons in front of me. Registered and paid then waited for my thyroid ultrasound. The imaging specialist was patient and kind. In and out in 15 mins!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would... took half a day off to come here and reached here at 11:15 am. Queued up in a line for the reception (a mix of workers and other professionals) only to be told at 12:00 pm that the queue was for workers only and to come back after 2 pm. What the hell? when I confronted the receptionist (a Chinese lady with bangs) she said - you should’ve come to the reception first. I mean a queue exists for a reason? How about you direct people properly?

Confused. Self-registration can be improved. After doing the above, and waited 20 mins, approached counter and advised that a manual Q-number is necessary. Suggest to include an advice at the end of self-registration β€œPlease proceed to get a Q-no….”

I brought my helper there for her X-ray this morning at 10:40 a.m. As you can see from the picture, it was already fairly crowded. They have a numbering system at checked in, but the numbering system just served to let you know your prolonged agony. One of my big gripes with this place is that as a medical facility, they don't accept cashless transaction. Even our old fashioned hawkers are accepting cashless payments. And especially with the Covid, why haven't they upgraded to accept cashless payments? And and to make it worse, the receptionist insisted on exact change because she claimed that they don't have change (and that's aat the beginning of the business day). If your business only accepts cash, isn't it just right that you have plenty of change? And the amount came up to $16.05. Who carries 5 cents nowadays? I am surprised that MOH does not have oversight of such places on their business practices when NEA is going full steam to get hawkers to go cashless. I wished there's more compelling reason to give it more stars but there's really none.
