★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Washing Machine lock broke during last night wash. I made an request this morning and the staff manning the WhatsApp account was responsive and quick to arrange for a same day appointment. The technician came a little later than our appointment time but was very efficient with the change and was done within 15 mins. He also addressed my questions patiently. I don't want to say that I will use them again but things do break down once in a while, when that happens, i will likely engage them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently the hinge of a washing machine can snap. When it happened to us, that particular hinge proved impossible to find. Found Tat Hai Repair online. The WhatsApp response was excellent and polite. They advised that the part needed 6-8 weeks to import. We were disappointed and thought we need to buy a new machine. The next day, they contacted me again and said that they have found one last piece of the part in their workshop. But what they brought to me was an entire new door + hinge!
When they found that the existing screw on my machine was completed corroded and welded into the machine, they took the panel back to their workshop for hacking. They came back the next day to complete the job. No extra charges. I was very impressed and grateful. Service was excellent, professional and very reasonably priced. Thank you and I will definitely recommend Tat Hai Repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made the appointment yesterday (Sat) and they managed to arrange for a repairman to come today (Sunday) despite I told them it was not an urgent repair. They didn't add any additional charge for fixing on Sunday. The repairman "Brian" came on time and was very professional and resourceful. My washing machine maker is no longer in Singapore (Japan Toshiba) but he managed to fix my problem despite there was no more spare part for the repair. His alternative solution was very practical and great! Additionally, he noted my tap head was somewhat dripping and i told him it has been for a long time and I just lived with it. Without me asking, he then help tightened those screws and fixed the dripping issue. That's customer service. It didn't cost him much time as he was testing the washing cycle anyway. So in all, I felt this was an EXCELLENT service and needed to be shared with all. Cheers.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked them to come and check my broken washing machine. The guy came, said "cannot lah", took $60 and left in a hurry.
Before, during and after the visit they asked me in total 6 times for the money, how to send it, how to inform them that it was sent etc etc. Ridiculous behaviour and obviously more interested in getting $60 for 5 minutes of looking at my machine instead of fixing it

Contacted the technician, Mr Ng, and he was super responsive and proposed that I change the door easier.m but was concern that there was no stock. However, within 2hrs they found the parts and came down to fix the door for me!! Super happy to be able to get such quick fix on a Sunday!!! Thank you Mr Ng and his team
