M	Mr Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am actually quite disgusted by the fact that this company functions like an agent which don't curate the quality or ethics of the Technicians they engage. The "Technicians" that they arranged to come down for assessment merely open the cover or my washer and probed to show me there is electricity to the washer. Diagnosis? PCB needs to be replaced, for over $400 and cannot be done same day. They are probably happy to pocket my $30 and run to next victim in line. Incredible I must say! Thankfully I found another legit company whose technician fixed on site for 1/2 that price this technician quoted. FYI the technician come from this Tt Hi. Absolutely unethical! Please check around for established ones and DO NOT call this unless you want to be cheated.
m	myra morrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i called your company on tuesday, may 15 at 9.10am. a woman (i recall she had an indian accent) answered and assured me that "someone" will call me and when i proceeded to inform her my telephone number, she said she was able to view it from her telephone. she did not ask me for my name. and it is now friday, may 18, and no one has yet contacted me. as the problem with my washing machine (it was leaking) needed to be addressed as a matter of great urgency, i decided to make alternative arrangements. my suggestion to this company: if you are not able to assist a customer, please be honest and please don't make promises you know you will not be able to fulfill.

The work was done in 10 minutes. Electrolux washing machine , an old model. They are experts at repairing washing machines. Highly recommended

Without any inspection just want to replace the pump at 130 with an invoice already prepared. They are just earning some quick cash( the 30 dollars) cheating some people who don’t like troubles.

Technician came around 11AM and managed to repair my washing machine. Thank you so much for the prompt service, would highly recommend to you guys. May god bless your kind soul! Very satisfied with their service.

Sent him the model no. & video + address via WhatsApp. Next day, he called in advance to advise that he was on his way. Fixed up my washing machine within 15mins! Good communication, polite & professional! I'm very happy with the service rendered. Thankyou Adrian!

On the day of the scheduled repair, I called twice between 2-4pm to understand when the technician was coming as I had someone go over to my home to let him in. During those calls, they said he was on the way. However at 4pm, the technician called to say that he just received the job and was only available from 7-10pm in the evening. Poor planning and lack of respect for your customers time.
