reception ladies and dr were friendly and consultation price is reasonably priced.

The counter staff laughed at me when I asked for some medication. Great care when you’re in pain, not. Wouldn’t recommend it for anyone in need of help.

First time visiting this clinic and never going to visit this clinic ever. I have several bad experience from this visit alone: (1) I have to wait very long while i was already in a rush to exit the clinic by a certain time and appears those come after me see the doctor first. I suspect after some suspicious conversation between their counter staff to let who who go first, as i observed there was some undercounter pointing and communication between them. (2) staff were highly unprofessional as i have been asking for Q ticket and they were reluctant to issue me after 20 mind after my registration. The deliberate delay was unprofessional whats more worst is they wrote on a piece of paper my number. When there is clearly a continual number from their number tags. This reaffirms my point in (1), very suspicious of what they are doing and the Q system is not transparent. Although i dont get to meet Dr Teo today i hope Dr Teo will see this and look into it. Thanks.

Accompanied hubby to the clinic. Not recommended as the waiting time very damp slow service. Read a bad review posted a year ago and the service is the same. Waited almost 1/2 of the day just to see the doctor. the clinic seemed did not practicing fairness. People came later than us, straight away allow to see doc after registration while we have to wait from 9.30 am till 12pm!!

Read the reviews and was prepared for the worse experience but to my surprise, the counter staff were courteous. Both are senior staff, so their mannerism and communication is more "elderly". One kept apologising as she needed some time to register my parents in the system before can be seen by doctor. Dr Teo is also very nice. My parents praise his skills on blood taking (no pain at all, compared to other bad experiences they encountered before). Will continue to follow up at this clinic

Worst experience. Went there for the first time and had to wait around 45 minutes to get registered. Until that they are not issuing a queue no. After the registration I got a queue no and there were 4 other patients before me to see the doctor as per the Monitor which shows the queue order. While I waiting for my call, I saw some of the patients just come and talk to the counter staff then immediately go to see the doctor. When I questioned whether they are not following the queue order displayed in the Monitor, the counter staff said those are special cases. Wondering how 2-3 special cases comes within less than 2 hour period :D. Because of that, I just cancelled the appointment and came back and will never ever go. I saw same type of case mentioned in a previous review

Worst counter staff I've met. like I owe them a million bucks. Especially the fair skin lady with long hair.. seems to be in a bad day every single day. Extremely rude to customer, especially to our elderly andforeign labourers. Her mood becomes worse when she cannot cope with the system. The only time I see her nice is when people buy food for her to eat. There is one super nice lady counter staff though - the curly hair tanned auntie with shades ( sunglasses or tinted prescriptive glasses). Doctor Teo is professional, knowledgeable and nice, but it's a pity that the whole experience is marred by that one counter staff.
