★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A super rude staff approached us while my daughter is choosing stuff on the shelves n was told to stop playing with the item,. Furthermore, the staff blocked my daughter from choosing by arranging stuff on that shelve, we have to walk away without purchasing anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DISHONEST Shop! If i can give a negative rating, i will sure rate it.
They sold voucher without exclusions But when u used it, they would deny u from buying certain products. When u tried to reason with them by showing their T&C shown on the voucher, they had the cheek to say they have the right to deny!
Since i already bgt the $20 voucher and was at their mercy, i had no choice but to buy 2 pairs of earrings costing $11.90 each n used the voucher n paid cash $3.8 as demanded. To my Disbelief, when i reached home n took a look at the receipt, it showed 1st earring at $11.90, another at $6.90 totalling $18.80 . The receipt also showed that payment was made by CREDIT CARD $15 N CASH $3.8 which is not entirely correct. Are they trying to defraud GST, and or the landlord?
Will avoid them at all cost! BEWARE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg, the customer service is so very bad here..I had a great time in Suntec, but my mood was dampened by the service here.
Cashier was really rude and did not even maintain basic customer service etiquette.
This is definitely the last time I will visit The Green Party (SUNTEC)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very unpleasant shopping experience this evening. The staff who attended to me was extremely rude and poor attitude. Place the items on the counter while searching for the suntec app. She asked me need paper bag in an impatient tone. Enter the items into the POS system unhappily filled with frustration. I told her I'm redeeming the suntec voucher. She said scan the QR code. I do not know where's the QR code, so i asked. She pointed to the direction very reluctantly. After the entire process, she packed the items, left on the counter and walked off. I really hope the company will look into it and send her customer service course.
