★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to say a GIANT THANK YOU to Jolene, Sharon and Doris who attended to us yesterday. I was looking a re-contracting and getting a new mobile phone and Jolene and Sharon readily helped to assess the various options to ensure that I would get the best value. I also appreciate Jolene's effort in writing down all the steps I had to note when transferring the data from my existing phone to my new one. The ladies were welcoming, very warm and knowledgeable. As they noted that it was getting late and that my kid was getting tired, they all worked together to settle the paperwork and billings to ensure that everything was done quickly and we could head home. Will be sure to head down to this store again when it is time for me to upgrade my phone next time! A++++ service! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Jolene was very pleasant. Helpful and down to earth staff with good experience and knowledge on different brands of phone.
I got a special request to put deposit of an amount as I'd like to buy for my fiancée but not sure what she really wants. Yet at the same time want her to change from her very old iphone 6 and hua wei super old school phones.
Am glad jolene was able to take and handle my special request professionally and much to what I needed. Besides, when I brought my fiancée to the shop today to "choose" the model/brand, she led us professionally again, highlighting the pros and cons of each model etc.
I'd recommend my friends to go back probably is only because of jolene customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to provide a feedback on Ms Jolene Lee for her service and assistance to my family on 11/3. We were there to re-contract our lines and she assisted us to transfer data from our old phones to the new phones (2 sets) and because of the large data, the transaction took a very long time. We ended spending 4.5 hours at her store way past the closing time. She was very professional throughout the time, patience, has very good product knowledge, jovial (she even offer us snack while waiting) and definitely an excellent service from her. Keep it up! Thanks Jolene.
