Service attitude is excellent, and the staff maintains quality communication with you by sending photos and videos of the pets during the grooming session. Price is really affordable, and my cat looked so refreshed after the grooming! Will definitely come again!

They are strategically located at Tampines Central so it was really convenient dropping the dog off and then heading to the malls for a meal and walkabout. Was kept updated of the grooming progress throughout and they did a great job transforming my boy into his sharp and handsome look. Can feel he enjoyed the process as well as he was all smiles when I went to pick him up and was relaxed enough to sleep the entire way home. Thanks again The Pets Workshop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to the Pet workshop was the best decision I have made for my dog, Kristy. Summer’s love for animals shows in her work. Before she grooms my dog, she does a review on the fur styles that best suits my dog, she then listens to my requests adjusts according to suit my dog’s current condition.
Throughout the grooming session, I receive regular updates on how my dog is lovingly being pampered by Summer and her associate. At the end of the session, she was treated like a pet model for a perfect Christmas card and an Instagram worthy post.
Kristy really enjoys being groomed by Summer. Thank you Summer! ? See you next appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time ever bringing my fur baby for his first grooming experience. Loved the videos and pictures updates sent via WhatsApp to see how my kitty spa went. It's really good to know that your precious kitty is safe when the groomer knows how to calm them down.
The shop's glass window allows pet owners to watch their pets being groomed from the outside.
Very responsive groomers; if you leave a missed call, they will call you back.
Also, this place has the first timer discount and they were so gentle with my cat. Most importantly, my kitty approves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time my puppy doing full grooming. I have shown the team sample picture and request for the styling in which the team has performed not great, but perfect job! The fact that they send us progress picture like when showering in the tub is defintely a plus point. I can see how enjoyable my puppy is when I'm there to pick him up. Great job!

My cat even gotten after Christmas bandana for her first grooming session there. Because of the friendly and helpful staffs and service, I immediately bought a $700 package to log down their service. This way, my daughter can bring the cat over anytime without paying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glad to have brought my puppy to The Pets Workshop for her first full grooming session. Being a puppy, my dog likes to nip and lick and move around. Summer sent me regular updates and I saw my puppy was sitting patiently while Summer grooms her. They also took photos of my puppy during the grooming session which is great.
We had chosen a puppy cut and my puppy looks great! I love it and her fur is so soft. The paws and ears are groom nicely too. The service is definitely 5-star and I will definitely come back here again!
Lastly, we accidentally left the collar at the shop and Summer offered to bring it to us at our convenience which is very considerate!
