1) This outlet biggest problem. Dont go early from opening time till afternoon. Many items were quoted "sold out" but was actually no ingredients stocks not arrived on time as explained by the store manager. Encountered a few times whenever I went to this outlet around the opening time. 2) The food quality was inconsistent. Example, yuzu chawamushi . Ordered a few times but everytime came with no additionaly top layer yuzu or stock?? However, today, the egg suddenly came with a layer of transparent liquid on top of the chawamushi. 3) In addition, the sushi presentation was bad today. Look at the photos. The sushi rice and ingredients were separated. Has already feedback to the duty assistant manger today and hope to see improvement on food quality and availability of all items readily when store open for business.

After we were assigned a seat. Waited for 5mins yet still no instruction on the order procedures was given. No menu no QR code to scan. Ordered salmon belly but the presentation standard really need to improve.The salmon slices are so thin, uneven size and uneven thickness. Totally no standard. Chawamushi tasted normal like hawker Centre standard but charge a premium price. Limited sushi variety. Is getting bad to worst. Bad customer service too. Cleared our chopsticks and saucers while we are still waiting for food to arrived. Charged for green tea as compared to other well known sushi store such as Itahco where it is foc. Even sushi express serve free green tea

Very nice and quick service at this outlet though it may bit expensive. It is good for the family day out. The queue system is quite easy to use but the waiting time is quite long outside the outlet. They ask us to scan a QR code to order at this outlet. It is quite efficient with the trains bringing us the food. Overall a decent experience and would definitely return again. There is still safe entry as it is located outside the outlet

Had lunch today for some sushi crave. Didn't wait too long and nice ambiance. Food also served fast on the train.

The food , the standards is confirm UPs. Long Q , worth the wait. I will go more times, everyone should go try it. Money well spent. Keep up the good work.

Used to like this place a lot but when I went on 5th January, the food quality kinda dropped, unagi sushi looked like a mess, the fillings inside the genki roll was so hard that it scraped the roof of my mouth. Maybe the chef wasn't in a good mood that day... Also we clicked on the option for no counter seat but got allocated the counter seat anyway.

Service was horrendous. First time at this restaurant and was absolutely shocked. Whats the difference from me eating there and ordering online if i have to pay for GST and Service charge which costs more than delivery charges and the service is not even there? Food was fortunately good but appearance wise requires improvement, but service was virtually non-existent. The waiter didnt even bother to explain anything, showed us to a table, dropped a checkholder with a slip with a QR code on it and left, never to return. Apparently you were supposed to use the QR code to order food which i was totally fine with as i have been to other restaurants and they were doing this as the norm nowadays. However, as a person who worked in the F&B sector before, the service displayed was intolerable. When important details are not explained to customers such as, your food arriving via a conveyor belt 'express train', or providing wasabi, or having serviettes or at least mention where the damn utensils are at so i can start eating? I had to flag down a lady who looks like one of the senior staff to ask, as a service staff, being aware of your surroundings is key. Food isn't even being delivered by the waiters/waitresses, they're just clearing plates? Might as well hire cleaners? Cheaper, more effective, do the same job. Overall, very upset with the lack of details provided by service staff. Food served tasted good, but appearance wise, it was like delivery food. Chawanmushi in a plastic cup at a restaurant?? Packets of wasabi? Pay for water to drink? Really? I have to buy bottled water? Handrolls delivered via the 'express train' was also leaking out their fillings, i had to get the waitress to help me send back to the kitchen to get it redone. Dont charge your customers for service charge or GST charges if thats the kind of service that is being provided. Thank you. Service: 1/10 (its 0/10, if not for the waitress helping after i waved at her) Food: 3/10 (Quality of sashimi was good, but the rest of the food was just visually unappetising, presentation of food needs severe work done on.) Ambience: 5/10 (chill vibes on a tuesday night, maybe too chill, service was a joke) Price: 1/10 (pricey, for this kind of food and service, i'd rather recommend sushi express which is just next door.) Never coming back to this restaurant again. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone. Ordering online is not bad though, still cheaper than eating at the restaurant itself, at home you can get your own bottle of water to drink too. Save yourself from a $9 GST + service charge.

Didn't Q for it. Went there at 5.57pm, no Q. But almost full house. Seated at the counter seat. Highly recommended the big prawn (sorry dk the name), karage chicken. Most our ordered delivered to us less than 5mins. Prompt service, except some of the young staff is kinda noisy (cos his friends came n support him) Tips: do not seat near the kitchen, noisy and a lot of complain from staff to staff (unless u like to hear gossip la) Total damage is $80 for 2 pax
